The bed and mattress arrived quickly as promised. The mattress is so comfortable. Please follow the directions when allowing the mattress to “fluff,” it was well worth the wait. This is the first time my mother has wanted to sleep in a bed in years. We are so pleased that we heard about Ghostbed! These beds are much less expensive than the rest and high quality! This bed has exceeded any ecxpectations I could have had. The adjustable base is great to elevate the head and have so many options and the mattress is truly amazing. I didn’t realize what a difference the mattress could make. We ordered the Venus hybrid. I was worried that it might be too soft but it’s perfect, my husband and I agree that it’s a perfect “medium firm” feel and very supportive without feeling like you’re sinking in. We both tend to sleep hot and it’s very cool and comfortable. The infrared definitely makes a huge difference in recovery after a hard workout and/or a hard day at work. Truly amazing. We haven’t slept this well in a long time. So happy that I called and learned about Ghostbed. Thank you to Jacinta for all of your help and recommendations! I just wanna point out that the review will not allow me to put the Venus Williams hybrid, but that is the mattress that I am reviewing.

Game Changer!! GhostBed is the most comfortable bed my husband I have ever owned. We love the adjustable features and the remote control is awesome! I can adjust my side without bothering my husband and the message head and feet is wonderful after a hard day of work. We look forward to going to sleep in our new GhostBed! We are very happy with everything. It was the answer for my wife with back issues . She had not been able to sleep in a regular bed for months. With the adjustable features offered it was the answer for her. Worked out great for both of us. I prefer flat on my back. So now I can raise my side for watching TV and flat for sleeping.

I have the adjustable base combo, with the matrix 3d mattresses in a split king. I love the ability to get comfortable and put my feet and head a bit elevated while my husband is able to stay flat. We connected the bases (which sit inside my bed frame) with straps, so they wouldn't separate, as we have kids who occasionally find their way to our bed, and we didn't want any little arms or legs pinched. I am not stiff and sore any more in the mornings, and my husband has had less of back pain. We are very pleased with the bed. The downside is that when we have adult time, the bases seem to move. We do have wood floors, so maybe just need to put grippers under the legs. Also, I need to come up with a solution for my robotics vacuum, as the cords get tangled in it. But, these are minor kinks, that need to be solved, as this kind of bed is new to us. Every contact I have had with the company has been super helpful and I get a manuscript emailed to me for my reference, which I really appreciate. I feel comfortable purchasing from this company and the product is really great! We have had the bed set up and used for about a month.

There is definitely a line down the middle that is much firmer. I am hoping this will break in over time, but I believe it is the frame and not the mattress, so it is doubtful. The mattress is also softer than I expected (this is my fault as I should have heeded the other reviews). It does not do much to keep me cool, but that is likely more due to my age than the mattress. Having said all that, it is still comfortable and I like being able to adjust the frame. Overall, I am not unhappy with the purchase, especially for the price, but I am not deliriously happy either.

We are loving this new bed. I upgraded the mattress and was a little concerned it might be too soft, but not at all. Doesn’t feel all that foam-like to me. It’s just all really comfortable. I don’t love the massage, but the light underneath the bed really does come in handy as do the USB ports.

Our bed/base arrived in a timely manner and was straightforward to install. We purchased the split king. It took about a week for us to feel fully comfortable with the new mattress and now after a month, we are quite enjoying the matttress and having a comfortable, deep sleep. I like being able to separately adjust it as I suffer from acid reflux occasionally and like my head somewhat elevated whereas my partner does not. My partner is quite tall, over 6 feet and finds the length and width of bed quite suitable.

I bought the luxe mattress and the adjustable frame bundle about a month ago. I have found that the mattress offers good support while still remaining "cushy" and comfortable, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The adjustable frame, while offering the usual head and leg adjustment, also includes some very useful features which I didn't think I would use, but now do, such as under bed, lighting and an integrated flashlight in the remote. The pre-programmed modes for the frame on the remote are very useful and include reading mode, TV, watching mode, and a zero gravity mode along with the OneTouch go flat button; all of which I have found very useful. Of course, it also includes the individual manual head and leg adjustment features as well. The massage feature seems to be greater on the top portion of the mattress than on the bottom. I have yet been unable to sufficiently judge the cooling capacity of the mattress sense I have had to put a waterproof mattress protector on the mattress due to an ill pet. I think the mattress will be much cooler once I am able to remove this protector, and I will try to remember to update this review after doing so. Overall, I am very happy with the mattress and the frame, and I have been sleeping comfortably from the first night onward.

I love the adjustable base. Super easy to transport inside after receiving from the shipping company. We ordered a king so the base was split to offset weight. Each piece weighs easily over 100 pounds. Affordable and durable. So glad to have a way to adjust my bed and can’t wait to try out the massage and zero gravity feature!
