I am very disappointed with this printer. It is not easy to set up, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't . Had to get an expert to make it work and then it didn't last long.

Do not like printer tray, and all of the unecessary electronic questions features on the menu screen. Printers should be easy to use, you making them too technical! Too complex!!

Not as easy to use as advertised. Shakes table significantly while printing - probably should be on floor for safety. Incompatible with Adobe Acrobat Pro for scanning

I found this machine was not user friendly and decided to send it back after only a few hours trying to use it. The HP machine that I had to replace was much easier to understand and use.

All of sudden critical errors started occurring. Ended up having to disconnect ethernet cable and moving printer to it’s own outlet. Never had to do that before. Not happy. It disorganized my office.

This printer is great!! We have 2 computers connected to it. Better than my old one. It connects fairly easily to the internet for a wifi connection and even more so when my internet service went off. Nice printer, no problems!

The printer is great - except, it is very hard for me to read the text in the 'window'. It is much dimmer than for my previous 9015e. I yse a flashkight to read the text.

This machine does absolutely everything I need it to do. Its speed is amazing. It is easy to open and install cartridges. I own an HP computer, printer, and I subscribe to HP Instant Ink and paper. I am extremely happy with HP!!!

The print quality is great but it is very noisy and sounds like it jas a blown speaker when making its chimes and beeping noises. The internals move quite harshly and It also has a hard time recognizing proper paper size.

All the features we would ever need in a home printer and a few upgrades from our last one. Also quite happy to get three months worth of free printing which we will enjoy very much.
