We love our new Split Cal King mattress! It conforms to your body vs. our old mattress that made us conform to it. We also love the Split Ergo 2.0 base which allows each of us to choose our own configuration. I recommend getting the Tempur Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows to finish off the experience. I want to add cudos for the great customer service we received so far. Quick shipping, professional and friendly installers, great call center help, what else can I say?

Originally ordered the Cloud online and then cancelled and upgraded to the Adapt pro med-hybrid. We also got a smart base. It took forever for one order to get cancelled and updated. Further more, we never received our $300 special package(protector, sheets, pillows). With the money we spend on these products, a 3-5 day window for email correspondence is absolutely absurd.

We were both suffering pain in neck, shoulder and hips prior to purchasing the ProAdapt medium hybrid. Granted our very expensive name brand pillow top was 12 years old, we both ceased having pain from day one. Combined with the Ergo frame, subtle adjustments to head and feet positions have given us the best nights sleep we have had in years. Both the mattress and frame are very high quality. We absolutely love our new bed and expect years of comfort.

We purchased the pro adapt hybrid mattress for my husbands painful back but the bed not only helped his back it made a huge difference for my neck. I've had neck surgery and just lived with stiffness and pain. After sleeping on this bed for a week or so , I noticed that my neck and shoulders were relaxed with much less pain! We will never change to a different type bed now!

Disappointed in your purchase? Listen up. I have a solution. I accidentally discovered if you take off the zip-ff top cover layer and sleep on the light blue mesh layer with your regular sheets/bedding the mattress will be everything that you wished it was. Cool and comfortable!! I'm not kidding. Unzip it now and try it yourself!! There is no protective layer so be cautious.

I finally bit the bullet since I spend a third of my life in my bed and I am so glad that I did! I used to wake up with a little bit of back pain but now that I have a Tempur-pedic, I wake up refreshed and I'm absolutely in love with this bed. The bed is the perfect firmness and I also bought the electronic frame that lets you tilt your head and feet up- it's amazing!

I've bought 4 mattresses in my adult life and nothing has ever made a dent in my terrible sleep, and for the first time in my life, after using this mattress- I wake up refreshed!! I have Back problems, osteoporosis arthritis in my hips and occasional bursitis in my shoulders. I am a side sleeper and needed a mattress that would work for my back problems, my hip problem and shoulder problem. A couple friends recommended a Tempurpedic mattress To me. I did a lot of research before buying trying to find a mattress that would work well for All my health issues. I certainly found it. I'm always skeptical of 5 star reviews since a radio station where I live is always talking about how many companies post a bunch of them to boost their sales, so I tend to read mostly 1 star reviews to see the negatives. Well, I did that for this mattress and saw so many people complaining about how the mattress is too firm or how they sink into the mattress and they can't even roll over or how the mattress is way too hot. For one, the mattress is definitely not too firm. It's "Medium Hybrid" so if you didn't want a decently firm mattress, maybe you shouldn't have ordered the next-to-most firm mattress. With that in mind, it's still not too firm. It's perfect. I don't wake up with a bunch of back pain like I used to. Secondly, if you are getting "stuck" in this mattress (the medium hybrid), then you are 100%, without a doubt, very overweight. I mean, you have to be if that is happening to you. Third, this is a cooling mattress. Few times have I slept on a cooler mattress in my life (if at all, ever). It feels great and definitely doesn't get super overheated feeling like people always say memory foam does. This is legit the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and I bought it without even first laying on it in a store. I've had it for at least a month, and I couldn't be more satisfied unless there is a deal I didn't know about where I pay less for the exact same mattress and it comes with servants who feed me while I lay here. Anyways, thanks so much tempur-pedic for making a mattress that has, for the most part, solved my sleeping woes.

We went with a medium thinking it was the same firmness as our first. It was not!! But there was no problem switching it to the firm, excellent customer service, by the way, and the second mattress shipped within days. It's just right, not too firm not too soft. Best sleep experience, really could not be happier. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!
