Due to my spine stenosis, initially I bought a hard mattress which worse my pain. After 30 days , choose between Medium and Soft, and I switched to a soft one and the difference is huge. Much more comfortable, seems you are sleeping almost floating . I think it will get even better. Glad I did buy a soft Temper-Pedic

We had a previous Temperpedic that lasted almost 20 years. We looked at other options, but decided to again go with a Temperpedic firm mattress, because of the great quality and long life. This new firm mattress is quite firm, with good support, which we like.

This bed is a lifesaver! We were worried about purchasing a bed online and with the pandemic, not able to go to a store a lay on it, gave me anxiety. After many months of researching we finally decided on the Tempur-ProAdapt Firm. Purchasing online was easy and customer service was great with all our questions about delivery protocol. When they delivered they wore masks, gloves and booties! Took our old mattress away and all the packaging! The first night was the best sleep I have had in years! The bed is cool, firm and contouring. Firm but not too firm. I was having a ton of lower back/hip pains with our old bed. We have had our Tempur-ProAdapt bed for two months now and I am still getting restful pain free sleep.

my wife and I purchased tempur-pedic cloud mattress about nine or 10 years ago we love that mattress which is in great shape Which we are putting into a spare bedroom that Remodeled So we bought the new mattress Pro adapt for our room we both love I am not sorry for this purchase at all Worth every penny we spent

I've been trying this for over a month. I've been trying to give it a try, but it's just not the right to bed for me. I'm 5"3 and 135 pounds. I'm a strict side sleeper. I noticed I toss and turn a lot, I wake up with my back and sides very sore. At first I was having a lot of trouble with my hips and building up pressure points, but that got better over time. But overall I just think it's too firm for a side sleeper of my weight. I definitely need more softness. I don't recommend this for side sleepers under 150 pounds. Go softer !!!! But I must admit the customer service has been great, and the quality of the foam is superb. It's a great high density , slow response form which is great. But so far it's just not working out for me. I will be returning.

It took 5 weeks to get the bed. It's a real nice bed I haven't slept this good for a long time. The down side is that if I wake up in the middle of the night whatever part of my body is in contact with the mattress is hot and sweaty. It's no wonder why the charge a couple more thousand to get one of the cooling mattresses. Those are the reasons why i rated it a 3/5.

Do not trust all of the 5 star reviews. We ordered the tempur-pedic pro adapt adjustable bed split-king on Nov 28 2025 and have not received it despite being charged in full at the time of order $4,900. Sam's help center has been ineffective mostly because you have to speak with call centers in India and the Phillipines. Despite being elevated to corporate and given an incident report more than once, it is now Mar 3 2026 and still no hope it getting the product we paid for. Sam's Synchrony CC only gives a partial credit for disputes and clearly doesn't have any connection to Sam's order status. On January 12, they delivered a TwinXL and removed our King mattress making our master bed extremely difficult to share (impossible of course). Good luck if you order this product. We have been Sam's club business members for decades which doesn't matter. we have given Sam's due diligence to help resolve this incident with no results
