[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 40 day review. We have owned a tempur-pedic for 14years now. It is still amazing. Our current temper-pedic pro adapt soft is not providing nearly the same sleep quality we were hoping to experience. We are very disappointed with the new technology. Please bring back the old school product. This bed is nothing more than a sub par example of your leading product we first purchase years ago. Giving soft a bad name. Yes I will be returning this mattress. Thank god we purchased this mattress direct so we can get our money back. Sorry but I it's the honest truth.

This is our second Tempur-pedic in the last 20 years. Both have been great. If you want a great night's sleep and alot fewer aches and pains this is the only way to go. In fact our old Tempur pedic and bases had alot of life left in them and our daughter and her husband loved it. So now they have it and couldn't be happier.

I have spinal stenosis and decided to get the best matress available .The assessment at the store recomendded a Medium matress, however, I choose to get the firm one. It is not confortable . Too hard . I will exchange for a soft one. The product is good and the adjustable base gives you good options to sleep.

I regret going beyond the 90 days and was hoping that after several online comments on Facebook that someone from the company would reach out and try and make it right m. That's true customer service. Soon as this is paid it will get thrown in the trash and I'll purchase from a competitor.

I first went with the Adapt medium and I was very satisfied with the mattress. Just for the heck of it I went back and tried the Pro-Adapt soft and was so impressed I went ahead and upgraded to the Pro-Adapt soft. Best product ever and great comfortable sleep. Best decision I ever made and we'll worth it. I have never had more dreams and it can only be from the deep Rem sleep from this mattress. Very impressed and happy with this. You will never regret this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im so grateful for the opportunity to review the Tempur-ProAdapt, Medium, queen size mattress. Well let me start on why my husband and i are now experts on mattresses. My husband is a 250lb powerlifter and we have recently in 4 years gone through 2 mattresses. 3 mattresses in 7 years if you want to get technical. On his side of the bed where he initially sits down our past mattresses would indent after only a year or so. Also on mattresses we bought prior and spent thousands my husband always said his lower back would hurt in the morning and it would sag under his weight. Not to mention he would always say he couldnt ever get a mattress that was comfortable for his size. This Tempur-ProAdapt, Medium, Queen is absolutely worth every dollar. This is the 1st time in almost a decade where he actually sleeps soundly through the night. When he plops down on this mattress it doesn't shake my side of the bed causing me to spill my coffee. This mattress is magically good with its "proAdapt" technology, we both could feel the quality on the very 1st night. It's supportive for him and comfy for me and I'm 120lbs. So for us to find a mattress that works for us is simply amazing. We wish we knew about poAdapt mattresses sooner. We couldn't be happier!

We've had this bed a month. When we tried it in the showroom display the "firm" mattress was very soft. The "medium" mattress was way too soft (sink to the bottom kinda soft). So we went with the firm with the idea it would relax/soften over time considering the showroom display had been there for quite a while. After taking delivery of our new split CA king bed, I found the firm was just that FIRM. Too firm for me but just right for my husband. Until this bed softens up a bit, I need to put a softer memory foam topper on it. Otherwise the quality is good and my husband likes all the bells and whistles of the base. It's perfect for him to adjust so he can be comfortable with his bad back.

The first couple of nights took some getting used to, but after that it was great. Very good temperature, very firm but adjusts to one's body shape. Best sleep in years and my wife's snoring is way down. It was easily twice the price of the next mattress but it is worth it. I added four KS foam pillows to go with it. Very comfortable.

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

We went into the store to buy a box spring for our son and walked out with box, mattress for him and new mattress for us. After having left lower back pain for years, after sleeping on our new mattress for about 6 weeks now my back pain has about 85% resolved. It was recommended to turn mattress frequently at first, once a month, so that it would get evenly adjusted with the weight differences. Our new mattress has been a lifesaver and I wish I had replaced my old one much sooner. We are loving it.
