Amazing for the first year. Now it has sunk in where I sleep and the bed is very inconsistent and forces me to sleep on a slant. Terrible for such a high priced item.

This is my 2nd Tempur Pedic. My bed is so comfortable I just want to lay there every morning, but have chores to do. I live the firmness. It is perfect!

We had the Purple restore mattress and loved it, but it had a manufacture defect and Ashley's no longer carries it. We got the Medium Tempur-ProAdapt and so far I hate it. It has only been about 1.5 weeks, and it is way too firm and I am feeling all kinds of pressure points. I am going to wait for at least a month to see if it breaks in. It is not the worst bed, but not the best.

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

I was expecting to be wowed by the mattress because of the cost and all the hype but it is not as big as my older california king maybe the dimension standards are different based on brands. In my opinion the cost is very high and the thickness is not to my liking. I am not impressed due to the high cost. it is over priced for sure.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

My husband has a back surgery and he loves this mattress. Love: Nice mattress that deep body contouring but not the “stuck in the mud” sensation. Side sleeping does not hurt my arms anymore because it's perfect contouring. Also great at reducing motion transfer. Very good cooling. Don't love: King size is smaller than I expected. I have many queen mattresses and I thought king size would be big difference. But It feels small for a couple + a baby.

The mattress is pretty comfortable once you’re in the position you want to be when sleeping but getting there and or getting up is hard due to the lack of support from the springs I assume??? I’m only 170 pounds and my wife is about 145. Would absolutely rethink this decision.

We have been sleeping on this for 2-3 weeks, and lately waking up with lower back and shoulder pains (side and tummy sleepers). We are telling ourselves this is the part where the mattress is adjusting to our sleeping. Hoping for better sleep in the coming weeks

We’ve had the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt mattress for about a month now, and it has been a great purchase for us. From the first week, we noticed better sleep quality and waking up with much less pain and stiffness. The mattress provides excellent support while still feeling comfortable and pressure-relieving. One thing we really appreciate is how well it conforms to your body without feeling too soft or “sinking in.” Motion transfer is minimal too, which helps if one person moves during the night. After a month of use, we’re very happy with it and would definitely recommend the ProAdapt to anyone looking for better comfort and support, especially if they deal with aches and pains while sleeping.
