Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

When we first received the product, the bed was a little hard for our tastes but after a couple of weeks it was amazing. We let it air out for a couple of days before sleeping on is and even though they say you don't have to do that, I am glad we did. I have a sensitive nose and was able to smell the mattress when it was first unpackaged but my Wife could not.

So we went back to our old faithful Tempurpedic and couldn't be happier!

We absolutely love the hybrid pro adapt from the cooling feature to the comfort of a coil and memory foam mattress. This mattress we have been in love with now for 5 months and cant wait for many more awesome sleep nights! We just cant wait to go to bed at night. I'm always skeptical of 5 star reviews since a radio station where I live is always talking about how many companies post a bunch of them to boost their sales, so I tend to read mostly 1 star reviews to see the negatives. Well, I did that for this mattress and saw so many people complaining about how the mattress is too firm or how they sink into the mattress and they can't even roll over or how the mattress is way too hot. For one, the mattress is definitely not too firm. It's "Medium Hybrid" so if you didn't want a decently firm mattress, maybe you shouldn't have ordered the next-to-most firm mattress. With that in mind, it's still not too firm. It's perfect. I don't wake up with a bunch of back pain like I used to. Secondly, if you are getting "stuck" in this mattress (the medium hybrid), then you are 100%, without a doubt, very overweight. I mean, you have to be if that is happening to you. Third, this is a cooling mattress. Few times have I slept on a cooler mattress in my life (if at all, ever). It feels great and definitely doesn't get super overheated feeling like people always say memory foam does. This is legit the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, and I bought it without even first laying on it in a store. I've had it for at least a month, and I couldn't be more satisfied unless there is a deal I didn't know about where I pay less for the exact same mattress and it comes with servants who feed me while I lay here. Anyways, thanks so much tempur-pedic for making a mattress that has, for the most part, solved my sleeping woes.

This bed is so comfortable, we don't want to get out of it. We sleep so sound and cozy. No more sleep aids for me, love our new bed! We love our split Cal King, it works wonders for our bad backs, love adjusting it to comfortable positions. I could go on and on.

It's fine to sit on or just to relax on. When I go to bed to sleep I find myself miserable. Tossing and turning. If I sleep on my back my neck will hurt, if I sleep on my side my knees and elbows hurt. I got an adjustable base. If I try to sleep at different angles with that it just doesn't help. I've had it for a short time but still have not found a comfortable position to sleep on it yet. I have a lot of different pillows to try with it too and I just can't seem to make this mattress work for me. :( We bought a split king. My husband seems to enjoy it and definitely seems to toss way less then I do.

The very first night we slept on the new bed, we couldn't believe the comfort. We don't feel each other's movements at all! I wasn't sure how I would like the "Firm," but my husband and I are happy to say we love it. Wish we had bought a Tempur-Pedic years ago!

We had a Tempur-Pedic about 20 years ago. We had to replace it due to some unforeseen medical issues. In the last 3 years we have purchased two other mattresses (bed in a box). We have now gone back to Tempur-Pedic and will NEVER stray again. Very comfortable, truly cannot feel each other flopping in the middle of the night. We love our Tempur-Pedic!!
