[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress solved my knee and back pain issues! It was a little firmer (hard) to start but quickly softened up to the right firmness for me. It's great regardless of the position you sleep in. I use a CPAP and was still stopping breathing more than my Doctor liked. After I started sleeping on this mattress, my events per night reduced greatly and are now within acceptable limits! Best nights sleep you can get! I look at his as an investment to better sleep and better health!

I am a younger, fit guy with no back or health problems. Had an older model Tempurpedic for over a decade. Quality was great, but it was always too soft for my liking. I went to the Tempurpedic flagship store and asked for the firmest mattress on offer. I was directed to the ProAdapt Firm, and ProAdapt Luxe Firm. The former is definitely more firm than the latter. I was told that the ProAdapt Firm that I purchased would need a period of being broken in before it would feel like the floor model that I sampled. The first couple of weeks after delivery, I was certain that I had made a mistake, as the mattress was just too firm, even for someone that likes a firm bed. However, after about 4-6 weeks of sleeping on it, it has broken in considerably and become the perfect mattress. 10/10. If you like a firm mattress, this is the one. Do not even consider returning if it feels too firm at first. Give it a month or so!

We went into our Sleep Outfitters expecting go buy a more standard mattress. After trying several products we were encouraged to try the Temperdic. I have had recent back problems so was not afraid to spend the money on the Pro-adapt. I knew I could return it and choose something else if not pleased. As they say, after 3 weeks use, you will have to "pry this wonderful product out of my cold dead hands." It is just that comfortable. The sales staff at our store was very helpful and not at all pushy.

My wife and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for some time. We both have back problems. I was looking at many different memory foam mattress but none of them will support weight over 200 lbs. Unbeknown to me my wife went furniture shopping before Christmas. She called me and asked me to come and check the mattress out. We decided on the Pro adapt medium split king. All I can say is we are both having the best sleep ever. We both wake up with no back or neck pain. After a week of sleeping on the new mattress, one evening I said to my wife that I could remember many years ago that I would never spend that kind of money on a bed. I am glad that we did.

We are only a couple weeks in after our purchase. After 25 years of trying a new mattress every couple years, we finally chose a Tempur Pedic. The first night we went to bed late but I woke up at 5am feeling fully rested. Like, could not sleep anymore and got up ready to start the day. Having come from a pillow top, the height of the bed is a wonderful change. No more jumping into the bed. Since the first night, I have woke up feeling rested with no back pain. Looking forward to many more rested mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Tempur Pedic Pro Adapt back in February. I absolutely love this mattress. I have a herniated disc in my back and my old mattress of 22 years left me feeling like it was hit by a Mack truck when I woke up in the mornings, if I slept at all. I bought and adjustable bed base also and it was the best decision I made in years. From day one my back stopped hurting when I slept and I could feel the pressure being relieved from my spine. Sometimes when I get home from work I lay down for and hour just so my back will fill better, I never did this before I bought this mattress. I can sleep all night without pain for the first time in years. LOVE this Mattress

We have the best nights sleep now. We had heard rumors that we would need time to get used to our new mattress. We adapted the very first night. The most comfortable mattress ever. It also only takes us about 2 minutes to fall asleep, no more tossing and turning. We have been married for almost 40 years, so we have tested and owned quite a few mattress and this one is by far the best!

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! The firmness of the ProAdapt is taking some getting used to, but it is getting much better. My husband is sleeping better than he has in years. He has back issues and has not been able to stay in bed all night, but that has changed with this Tempur-Pedic mattress. Highly recommend it!

It has only been a few weeks so we are still deciding. We may move to a medium support mattress. It has been an adjustment from our older Tempurpedic because this one is higher. We are also having difficulty with our high end mattress cover being slippery. We switched from our high thread count smooth sheets to percale to see if the bottom sheet will stay in place better. In general, we love Tempupedic. There are adjustments we need to make in this transition from a 2007 mattress to 2019.
