The unit cools off our living room. We were hoping that at 12,000 BTUs, it would also cool off our dining room as our previous unit did. It helps a little in the dining room but not quite as we had hoped. Still, for the price, it was well worth it. It is quiet!

I never purchased an air conditioning unit before so it was tough feeling good about buying something you never bought before. I have to say this unit is a hidden gem for me. It works fantastic.. maybe I got lucky but this unit has worked without fail. I plan on buying another unit for my son’s room. Easy install had to purchase unit breaker/window brace separately.

Air conditioner is super quiet when running. It cools the room great!

Unit was easy to install and hook up, and it runs quite and cools great.

This is working great for our remodeled school bus.
