So quiet and so cold!

Very quiet and app works great. Our room space is less than 500sq ft and the AC works fine for the most part but it is not able to keep up and cool the room when the temperature outside is above 85 degrees. I also noticed that after the temperature dropped outside to 74 degrees in the evening, it still couldn't cool down the room. I have an older 10K BTU Window AC that is easily able to keep up in the same room, but it is much louder. I would like to buy additional Midea inverter units but it is very disappointing this supposedly 12K unit cannot keep up on slightly warmer days.

Bought this to cool a room smaller than it says it cools, and the swing option isn't working properly, it's not getting cold and outside temps have been 78-105. It says works 109 temps but higher than these will decrease cooling ability. Air pressure isn't strong enough, it feels cold when standing few inches in front of it, but 1ft away or more can't feel it really. My cheap one that was 8000 btu worked better than this.

I bought this a week ago and I am so happy with it. It is very quiet and cools the room quick.

I legitimately feel scammed, my 9 year old GE 5k btu unit runs colder.

It is the best purchase I have ever made
