I bought two of these 12,000 btu air-conditioning units. I put one in the back of my house and one in the front and they cool off my living /dining room kitchen and the den. They are well worth the money.

My 6000 BTU works better than this 12,000 BTU. I have not had much luck in air conditioners purchased at Sams. Have had to replace 3 in the last 3 years. GE and this Midea are the worst.

We just installed our "new" unit, only to find that it had been used previously. Not only was the front screen dirty, but they had also left a picture inside! I really hope it is worth it.

Last summer was miserable here at my house in Florida. Multiple professionals told me the ac unit was too small for the house, but being a rental we couldn’t do anything. I got this a month ago and it’s been so great. Keeps my house cold in 95 degree weather and has lowered the electric bill by $200 a month because it’s giving the ac unit a break. Buy it!!

It arrived last week so still evaluating but leaning towards returning. Wanted to replace older unit with "smart" technology. Older unit made space noticeably cold when you walked into it. I put a helper fan in front of this unit and it's still just so-so. It hasn't been in the upper range of temperatures in the past week so waiting for the higher temperatures to return to make a final decision. Also noticed a lot more water coming from the unit than the previous one.

This is life saver during heat and humidity waves in NYC, delivered in time, works efficient and quiet. I really like the inverter that can keep the compressor on different levels of cooling, on low level to maintain the temperature and on high level to lower it. And of course the prices was best in market! Waiting this in stock to buy another unit

We bought this AC april 2025 it was easy to install, it ran very quite, BUT.... IT STOP WORKING .... we put in window the next year, it stopped working, so dont waste your money, im going to home depot buy a better AC.. I have contacted customer service, but i have not heard back.. dont think they plan on making this right.. MIDEA 12000 BTU IS A NO GO FOR ME.. ITS YOUR MONEY THROW IT A WAY IF YOU HAVE LOTS TO GIVE.. PIECE OF CRAP...

We bought two of them. One is on the main floor and the other in the bademet rec room. Both are quiet and powerful. However, then can tend to make a room cooler than they are set at when using them overnight. Manually setting the temperature two or three degrees warmer helps but doesn't eliminate this issue. Either way, the best windo a/c units I've ever owned.

It does an outstanding job of cooling our bedroom.

I bought this a week ago and I am so happy with it. It is very quiet and cools the room quick.
