Compressor failed in 3 years. It’s blowing circuits and going in and out of blowing cool and warm air. Go with a different brand. Purchased 4.2023 at Sams in Kenosha.

This is an excellent air conditioner. It is quiet, temperature based, attractive and energy effective. I have had a number of air conditioners over the years and this one is likely the best I’ve ever own.

I bought two of these two years ago. I am highly impressed. Cold, quiet, powerful, lower electric bills. I bought another this month for my daughter's family. They love it.

It can not cool my 325 sq ft (master bedroom + bathroom) when the outside temp is above 86 degrees. The air coming out is not cold enough. Customer Service people are rude and incompetent. They offer no solution .

I bought this AC back in 2020. Work awesome now its got recalled due to mold issues. Are the ones in Sams club the u shape getting recalled or is this a newer version with the drain plug.

Unacceptable!!!!!! Says right on the box in bold letters Do Not Store On Its Side and what did the deliver person do put it on my porch on its side. Train you deliver drivers better, now it’s probably ruined and I’m a senior citizen so it it’s broke I won’t be able to return it. VERY VERY VERY disappointed in you Sams Club!!!!!!!!

Works great, also have the 18,000 in my husbands shop that works great. Highly recommend this brand
