[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent service from start to finish. I started off with the medium hybrid bed. It was to soft for my wife so we exchanged it for free and got the firm bed. Love it and what makes it better is the fact that delivery, pick-up and exchange was all covered with no additional charges.

For the price I paid for this mattress I expected it to be much more comfortable. I have been using this mattress for about four months. I sleep on my back and I get up each morning with a back ache. I really did not expect this. I would not recommend this product. If I had to do it over again I would purchase a less expensive mattress and buy a comfortable mattress topper to go over it.

My fiancé and I LOVE our Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt bed. It seriously is the best sleep that we have ever gotten and such a great investment. I wake up well-rested and I do NOT have trouble falling asleep at all. I can't say enough things about this bed! We wake up pretty early, so getting great rest is essential for us, which our new bed does a fantastic job of doing!

I was expecting to really have fabulous sleep the first week I had the product. It has taken about a month to really have a full nights rest. I do like the fact that when you move on the bed there is no noise so getting up in the morning before your significant other allows him/her to sleep. I keep receiving emails regarding purchasing pillows for a better sleep. If a pillow is needed to help the mattress give.a better sleep it would be nice to get two pillows free with such an expensive mattress.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! I'll be honest, the first week on this bed had me nervous that I didn't make the right purchase. It felt much more firm than the models in the store. I was finding my self tossing and turning and waking up stiff. However, after doing some reading online, I discovered that the mattress needed time break-in and for the Tempur cells to breath. For the first couple of weeks when I was changing the bedding, I let the bed sit "naked" for a few hours, and would even unzip the Tempur cover. I found this made a big difference in the feel and softness of the mattress. Within a few weeks, I was sleeping great. I have had the bed just about two months now and absolutely LOVE it! It's not too firm and not too soft - just right. And supportive too. I have been sleeping great and no longer have the back pain I was experiencing on my old mattress. Would highly recommend!

With our old mattress, we both felt like we were falling out of bed even when we were not close to the edge. My husband falls asleep immediately. He and I both seem to be more rested and having done nothing different than buy the new mattress, I have to attribute this to our purchase. Both of us seem to complain less about aches and pains. I attribute that to this very firm and supportive mattress that we are sleeping on. Was hesitant because it is an investment, but it is looking like this investment is going to pay off!

We are only a couple weeks in after our purchase. After 25 years of trying a new mattress every couple years, we finally chose a Tempur Pedic. The first night we went to bed late but I woke up at 5am feeling fully rested. Like, could not sleep anymore and got up ready to start the day. Having come from a pillow top, the height of the bed is a wonderful change. No more jumping into the bed. Since the first night, I have woke up feeling rested with no back pain. Looking forward to many more rested mornings.

It has only been a few weeks so we are still deciding. We may move to a medium support mattress. It has been an adjustment from our older Tempurpedic because this one is higher. We are also having difficulty with our high end mattress cover being slippery. We switched from our high thread count smooth sheets to percale to see if the bottom sheet will stay in place better. In general, we love Tempupedic. There are adjustments we need to make in this transition from a 2007 mattress to 2019.

It's been over 9 months of nightly use and it feels as good as day 1. The medium hybrid seems to be the perfect balance of soft plushness and support for my wife and I and of course we love the adjustability. Paired with cozy earth sheets and big blanket co comforter makes getting in bed the highlight of the day most days. Highly recommend!
