Ordered a twin long and mattress is too firm, so they are delivering a soft tomorrow. Great service and they honor their 90-day guarantee to try out the mattress. If you like a firm mattress, this one is for you, but try medium firm in a store first to be sure.

We love this mattress. We've slept on it for several months now and love it more and more every day. We did try the medium firmness mattress and did not like it at all, but the soft is perfect for us. We've owned Sleep Number beds, exclusively for 20+ years, but decided to try something different and are so glad we did. Would highly recommend this mattress to everyone. I'm a light (110 lbs) side sleeper with mild lower back pain. Initially I bought the classic medium thinking it would be the best fit for my needs, however within a few weeks it felt like it was sinking so I exchanged it for the Pro Adopt Firm. At first I thought I made a huge mistake because it felt like I was sleeping on a board and gave me shoulder pain but after 3 months it is a dream!! I was worried it would continue to bother my shoulders but now I don't have any pain with all the comfort of a firm mattress. If you like a firm mattress and have lower back pain this is for you but you must give it the full 90 days to adapt to your body. It's a firm cloud that will last!

This bed is wonderful for my husband who likes to sleep on anything rock solid and generally uncomfortable for the rest of the world. We spent quite a deal of money on this bed after lots of urging from a salesman about how wonderful it would be for both of us. It's not. I like to sleep on a cloud and want to sink into my bed. I thought I could get used to this bed and I cannot. We will be returning to our local Slumberland and getting a replacement of some kind that will allow me to sleep and not keep me awake in pain, tossing and turning. My 6 month old should be keeping me awake, not the uncomfortable new, highly expensive mattress we bought.

I first chose the medium model of this mattress. After sleeping on it for a few months I discovered it was what was causing me to have a terrible ache back. The retail store would not switch it out as too much time had past. Tempur Pedic worked with me and replaced this model for the firm one. I am so grateful I now have the best mattress for my body. Obviously Tempur Pedic cares about customer satisfaction!

We looked at Tempur Pedic for 3 reasons: 1. I sleep hot 2. I have lower back pain 3. I'm allergic to latex The mattress we chose is firm and cool. Even my sheets feel great whereas before I would wake up in a puddle of sweat! Although not totally gone, my back is 99% better. We got the adjustable base and couldn't be happier with our sleeping and reading options. Pricey yes, but worth every penny!

After 25 years on our old Tempurpedic we decided our old bodies needed a new mattress. The Tempurpedic ProAdapt medium hybrid was sooo comfortable and made our backs feel great. What a fantastic mattress. Thank you Tempurpedic for improving your mattresses!

Bought this to replace my son's bed and he loves it. He sleeps better and says it is very comfortable. We did get an adjustable base, and he really likes to zero gravity feature. Sometimes he has to lay flat though if he is moving around a lot, the zero gravity prevents his turning over all the way.

Bottom line: it's super comfortable, but sleeps a little hot I tried so many mattresses and even purchased a different brand mattress that felt comfortable in the store, but when I slept on it at home it hurt my hips when I slept on my side, so I returned it. Even a medium or plush mattress felt too firm. Then I tried the ProAdapt Soft and I loved it, but kept looking elsewhere since I hadn't planned to spend that much. After trying many more mattresses, I eventually made the right decision and invested in the ProAdapt Soft. It is so comfortable! I truly love it. I am mostly a side sleeper but with this mattress I don't feel any discomfort on my hips or other pressure points. I had also read that being a lighter-weight female might be why so many other beds felt too firm, because I wasn't really sinking into them. With this mattress, that is not a problem at all. The one thing I don't like about this mattress is that I started sleeping much hotter. It has gotten better as I've gotten used to it and only bothers me sometimes now. That said, if I had the money, I would probably upgrade to one of the cooling models. But I am still extremely happy with my purchase!

This mattress has met our expectations. I wasn't sure at first because you can't just roll over like you would on conventional mattress. It takes some getting used to. It didn't take long and I don't know when I roll over. I never feel any motion from my partner.
