I started using Tempur mattresses 16 years ago. This model is amazing.

I love it.

Just like the first, it is the best sleep. We don't want to go on vacation because we miss our bed.

Good quality mattress

No too happy with this mattress. I have had it about a month and extremely hard. Very disappointed.

For the price I paid I am extremely disappointed I could not purchase a pillow top version.

These mattresses are not as good as they were back 10-20 years ago. The quality has gone down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress was too soft not firm like description. Then when I try to make return it has been over a month and still have not received a pick up date. We are unable to put our new replacement mattress in our room till Tempur pedic takes this one back. We wake up w aches and pains due to lack of support. Would not recommend Tempur pedic at all. For the price you pay you would hope to get resolution fairly quickly. So wrong.

Worst customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed must be magnetic because I do not want to get out of it. Being in the same room as it... impossible not to be drawn to it and lay down in the bliss of tempur-comfort! Combined with the Ease Base and watch out, you'll never want to be anywhere but bed again. Five stars!
