For the price I paid for this mattress I expected it to be much more comfortable. I have been using this mattress for about four months. I sleep on my back and I get up each morning with a back ache. I really did not expect this. I would not recommend this product. If I had to do it over again I would purchase a less expensive mattress and buy a comfortable mattress topper to go over it.

Does not relieve pressure points or give you a good sleep experience. I started complaining to Living Spaces where we bought it after a couple of months and was told it takes awhile to adapt and give it 3 months, then 6 months then sorry you'll have to take it up with Temperpedic Warranty Department. They told me how sorry to hear of my bad experience and to take a bunch of pictures and send in but if mattress didn't have 3/4 inch depression they would not replace it. Wear is uneven not that severe of depression but uneven wear all over mattress which leads me to believe support is not good. When we bought mattress I was lead to believe body heat made foam conform to body and then spring back. This is after less than 2 years and me being 165 pounds and my husband 195 pounds! We went and bought a Temperpedic pillow topper hoping that might help and it just shows big depression on both sides where we sleep. We took it off to get pictures of mattress and found the foam on the topper is cracked in several spots. No wonder we're not getting good support. I wonder if the inside of mattress shows the same deterioration! I wake up after a couple of hours with hip hurting and my shoulder had become extremely painful. I went to Orthopedic doctor and X-ray shows tendinitis in rotator cuff likely causing pain. Not doing any sports, lifting or consistent motion to cause this. My back pain is worse also. I wouldn't call that a real great nights sleep!!! .

The warranty provided partial coverage and we jumped at the chance to get a new mattress. These are the best mattresses and the company has been easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

Slept on the mattress 3 months. It's taken a bit of work to break in the mattress. I walked on it for a total of 75 minutes per my salesperson's recommendation. My back feels great most mornings. It's a little more firm than I'd like for side sleeping.

We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!

This mattress seemed fantastic in the store and not at all too firm. First night it was extremely firm(hard). Have been sleeping on it three weeks and it is still extremely hard. Wake up with sore back, ribs, hips and shoulders. I would not recommend. Plan to return it after the 30 days. In the meantime cannot last more than an hour on this bed before moving to another room.

After countless hours of reading and watching videos and listening to experts, I decided to bite the bullet and try out a Tempurpedic bed. I'm an every position sleeper, I find myself sleeping flat on my back, on either side, or on my stomach at any given time in the night. Because of this the medium firmness hybrid seemed like the best fit for me. The order and shipping process was painless, and I was set to get my new mattress faster than I had imagined. From the first night I had it, the mattress has really been perfect in every way. It was immediately the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on, hands down. Any position I lay in, I'm immediately comfortable. You don't sink too far into the foam so you feel trapped, but you also sink just enough to feel the real support the foam can provide. The springs underneath really help when it comes to moving or adjusting (or certain adult activities), way better than a strictly foam mattress. I'm a very hot sleeper, and I was worried the mattress and or cover would be too much and make me a sweaty mess. Surprisingly, its a very very cool mattress that doesn't have the issue of becoming a smoldering hot mess after an hour of laying in it, like other foam mattresses do. I've now owned the mattress for about a year (maybe more? maybe less? covid has warped my perception of time) and it has really only improved with time. It softened up a bit, but not much. Just enough to provide some seriously prime levels of comfort.

The mattress is comfortably soft but firm. The only reason I rated it as less than 5 stars is that it was almost impossible for us to find and copy the serial number so register we could register it. I am 78 years old and had to lift three different corners of the mattress to find the correct label while my wife stuck her head under the mattress and wrote it down. This was very stressful both physically and mentally.

As purchasing a mattress is a very big decision, like most, we spent quite a long time trying out many different brands and firmness levels. Tempur-Pedic is in a league of its own. The medium-hybrid pro-adapt has the perfect amount of firmness (and we tend to learn towards a more firm mattress) while still providing the comfort needed for a good nights sleep. The delivery of the mattress was seamless and we have enjoyed each night slept since we received the mattress. It does take a few weeks to get used to the feeling of the mattress as it is different from what we were accustomed to. I highly recommend this product to all and firmly believe it is worth the investment. We will have and enjoy this mattress for many years to come.

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....
