[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were very impressed with the Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid Pro Adapt mattress. As purchasing a mattress is a very big decision, like most, we spent quite a long time trying out many different brands and firmness levels. Tempur-Pedic is in a league of its own. The medium-hybrid pro-adapt has the perfect amount of firmness (and we tend to learn towards a more firm mattress) while still providing the comfort needed for a good nights sleep. The delivery of the mattress was seamless and we have enjoyed each night slept since we received the mattress. It does take a few weeks to get used to the feeling of the mattress as it is different from what we were accustomed to. I highly recommend this product to all and firmly believe it is worth the investment. We will have and enjoy this mattress for many years to come.

This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I wake up far fewer times at night, which I believe is a health benefit. I had one of the original Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 20 years, and wanted to upgrade. When I laid on the Pro Adapt mattresses in the store, it didn't necessarily feel like supreme comfort. I knew from experience that at first, a Tempur-Pedic mattress feels a little firmer than other mattresses. I was confident the Pro Adapt would be at least as good as my first Tempur-Pedic. Having now used it for the month at home, I cannot believe the level of comfort.

I had a cloud for 7 years that started to sag and Tempur-Pedic stood up to its promise and fulfilled my warranty. Just a week after my claim I received my new bed. It's amazing! I am so impressed by them standing by their product and am in love with my new bed. Comfortable on day 1. After 2 spine surgeries (including a fusion) I could not be more comfortable! Slept all night without a bit of pain. Thank you tempurpedic!! You have a customer for life! The pro adapt hybrid medium is the perfect balance of comfort and support.

I just bought my third Tempur-Pedic mattress. My 2003 mattress is still a running strong. My 2009 mattress is still running strong. I am giving that one away. The one that I bought this time is the Pro Adapt Firm, for the pressure relieving properties. I have never woke up with pains or aches. The mattresses just get better and better every night. If you are looking for a world class mattress, you found it. Pass the rest and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Those that think that they need a firm, think again. The Tempur-Pedics should be purchased according to feel. Just buy one, knowing that they are life changing mattresses. Also forget that they are a flat mattress. What matters most is how you wake up feeling. I write very reviews. I am writing this one for those that want a mattress that will out perform an of the other mattresses on the market. We are in love with our new Pro Adapt Hybrid Medium split king. This is my second Tempur-Pedic, our first was an original when they first came out... it was almost 25 years old! There is no comparison in comfort and durability! Well worth your money.

Mattress is sagging! They allow a form on line take pictures of receipt, take pictures of the bed and last turn your mattress over and take a picture of a tag! We are elderly it's hard. The store we bought it from doesn't help! They don't carry the warranty! Great! It's only 4 years old and it's sagging at the bottom of the bed. After 3 calls to warranty a nice women suggest we get a mail in warranty not on line because the pictures I took on my phone I didn't know how to make them smaller ! So frustrating

Went to TempurPedic and then call. Representative was happy to help, and we asked about the $300. promotional, which we qualified for. The mattress cover came with the 2 pillows under separate cover. The representative assured us the mattress cover was comfortable. She didn't tell us it could not be returned! Since these items were more than the $300.00, we paid the difference. The mattress came and we put on the mattress cover, which slides around, and is not comfortable. Disappointed that I wasn't told it could not returned, resulting in terse email from TempurPedic advising me of this, without any thought that I was misinformed by the sales representative.

My new tempur-pedic and ease adjustible frame give me the best nights sleep I have ever experienced in my 65 years of sleeping. Wish I would have brought them years ago. I now sleep all through the night. Wake up refreshed and no back and hip pain! I have highly recommended to all my friends and family. Don't waste another night on your current mattress. This mattress is grossly overpriced. I have been sleeping on it for almost a year and I wake up with more back pain than my previous mattress that cost a fraction. I don't think it contours to my body at all. It does not provide any cooling effects. I would never recommend this product nor will I buy it again. My couch is more comfortable than this mattress.
