Doesn't seem as soft as in the store. But overall pretty comfortable, maybe I was expecting too much with all the hype for a tempurpedic mattress. I would buy again because of the comfort still. With the box spring the bed sits pretty high, almost have to jump in.

I was hesitant buying this as a big investment and afraid it wasn't going to live up to the expectations. Background: I have substantial lower back and neck problems/chronic pain and I am a bad sleeper waking up several times a night. Do I still wake up a lot? Yes. But I do feel my sleep I do get is better, I toss and turn less and my body hurts less waking up in the morning. Not the total change I was hoping for but defenitely a huge improvements and happy with our purchase!

I have hip & shoulder problems and this mattress allows me to sleep so comfortably throughout the night now! I love how it supports my whole body! We also have their amazing pillows too! I was having back and hip issues and needed constant adjustments. He was a happy customer and was sure this would help solve my problems. I was skeptical, but I valued his opinion. I figured I'd give it a try. I've slept on nothing since. The Tempurpedic is, beyond a doubt, the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. I love that the mattress doesn't tell me where to sleep; I'm in charge of positioning. There are no springs intruding with their input. Further, on my old mattress, there were big indentations left by my husband's and my bodies (we're big people); no such problem with the Tempurpedic. This was my third Tempurpedic purchase; I'll not settle for anything else. As a humorous aside, my daughter supervised the delivery of my new Tempurpedic. After the team put everything together, she plopped herself on it, rolled over a few times and sighed. And Tempurpedic has a new customer!

We upgraded to this mattress from a "hybrid" Sterns & Foster. My wife has severe scoliosis and needed a pure foam, firm mattress. The Pro-Adapt is just a great mattress. Cool, super supportive, and really terrific for people who have spinal issues such as my wife. I love it too. Best mattress of about a dozen that I've owned in my life. Wish it were cheaper, because then I'd buy two more for the other bedrooms.

I've tried other brands of memory foam mattresses and they don't not even come close to the quality and comfort of a true Tempur-pedic! My back issues and quality of sleep have greatly improved since owning a Tempur-Pedic and no previous mattress that I have owned ever came close to the support and comfort of a real Tempur-Pedic. I will always own a true Tempur-Pedic mattress. It is one of the best investments anyone can make and well worth it!

This is by far the best mattress that we ever slept on. We wanted a firm mattress and this is the perfect mattress for us. We have been using it for a few weeks and both of us have not complained about any aches and pains that we have had with previous mattresses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a TEMPUR-PEDIC for mattress for 15 years. When I downsized to a smaller house, I had a smaller bed with a regular mattress. At first it seemed fine, but within a couple of months, I began waking up with a back ache. (I never once had a back ache in 15 years on my first TEMPUR-PEDIC.) Then, I began getting heat spots on my hips. At that point, even in the middle of a pandemic, I decided to get another TEMPUR-PEDIC. Excellent, safe delivery, and instant relief! No more back aches, and no more heat spots.

I switched from 1 brand new mattress to this, thinking it would be great for a side sleeper as well as being cooler, I was wrong. It still 100 degrees and have to toss and turn as it is very stiff. Feels more like an extra firm mattress than medium. I am hoping it will get softer, but right now it is like sleeping on cement.

First impression upon lying down was that it was too firm, but almost immediately we realized it was extremely comfortable. We've owned this now for 3 weeks and we have never slept better. No more backaches or shoulder aches and it is easy to get out of bed in the morning. Couldn't be happier.
