Gazebo is very Saturday and looks great. The only downside is the assembly. The roof is a pain, you need at least two people preferably 3. The panels that go through the seams and the trump around the top is painstaking. The screws are self tapping and you have to penetrate the steel roof to attach. The roof is a collection of 6 panels each probably weighing close to 125 lbs each. It would be much easier if the company split the roof into smaller sections that would allow one person to install. Also, as a tip, when putting the roof on use the two clamps provided to clamp in place to hold panels prior to connecting with bolts. Finally, the instructions were a bit unclear regarding the t nuts and the top frame.

This definitely is alot of work. it says it takes 3 people 10 hrs. I'd say 2 & both should have tools. it's not difficult to build. I did most of it myself (I'm a 45 yr old woman) with help from my son & his friend with the roof. the only negative I have is the clamp that it comes with is not strong enough & the one we received was broken. overall I love the gazebo & have been enjoying it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this gazebo assembled in a few weeks as it was a weekend project. The most difficult part to the assembly was getting the roof up. Prepare to have 3 people assist, because we were unable to do it with 2. Otherwise, assembly was pretty straight forward and it went together well. The gazebo is great in the summer. We installed a sun shade for those sunny evenings and you can sit under the gazebo almost any time of the day. The material is sturdy and well made. We are thinking about purchasing another one to use for the BBQ area.

I bought this a surprise for my wife a few months ago. She was looking at gazebos in stores and always wanted one. I saw this gazebo and never saw anything like it before! The size, sturdiness, and with outlet! So i purchased it along with professional builder plan to have it built for her as well. She was so surprised when she came home and it was already built (only took two installers a few hours). She couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked, she told me that she has never seen anything like this in stores. Let me give you the most honest feedback…This gazebo exceeded all mine as well as her expectations! We have hosted a few family gathering and got do many compliments on it. I even referred a couple of family members to the website to purchase one because they loved it so much.

First bit of advice is don’t print using dark ink on a clear plastic bag when the contents of the bag are the same color as the ink. Second, the manifests detailing what each box contains should all be accessible without having to open each box. This would allow people to strategically unpack things and organize them. I just started assembling today so I will update the review as I progress.

My 20x12 Barrington has just been installed by Backyard Discovery. It is gorgeous and heavy duty. I was concerned about hurricanes as I live in Florida, but it seems very sturdy. There were 3 extra costs I didn't expect. It really should be stained before it is installed and is not included, anchoring it is an extra charge, and installation of the screen kit is extra. So be aware of all costs before you start. It is a huge job to install it so I am glad we didn't do it ourselves.

We added lights, a fan & misters to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. Perfect for additional shade & coverage. The gazebo is sturdy, beautiful & amazing quality! It arrived on time and we stored it in our garage until we were ready to put it up. It took us a long time to put together because we are not builders of any sort. Our son did come and help, he is not a professional builder but he is able to do much more than my husband and I could. We worked around his schedule. It helped that we organized the wood and hardware so we didn’t have to search for pieces when we needed them. We finally got it up and we’re very pleased. Our children and grandchildren were able to enjoy the shade by the pool. I highly recommend this gazebo. However, to save time, I would gladly pay the service fee to have someone experienced put it together. If you are good at this sort of thing you could do it with at least two others helping. The directions are easy to follow and perfect to create a beautiful gazebo. The wood is beautiful and it is sturdy and the beautiful metal roof does not leak in heavy rain. We were impressed with how all of the pieces fit together.
