Perfect backyard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing in every way! Gave us the outdoor space we wanted at a fraction of the cost!! Beautiful, spacious, solid, and can be kitted out in so many ways! We’ve added a fan with light, TV, hammock, curtains, heater, ring game and 8pc patio furniture set with Blackstone griddle off the side. 5 stars for SURE!

Quality product

Overall a very quality product. The assembly time in some of the reviews I read were very aggressive. Pros: Quality wood and hardware. The instructions were great, very detailed and offered many good guides throughout the assembly. Cons: I was missing three boards, all rafters. Two of the rafters were detailed with miter cuts and a rabbit. I am a retired carpenter so instead of waiting for who knows how long to get these, I fabricated these. I only had one other helper, also a retired carpenter. The panel assembly took the longest. I had two other friends help in raising and fastening the roof panels. I still gave it a 4 star because it looks great, is of high quality and the packaging was good. Expect to spend a couple of hours peeling off the protective wrap off the roof panels and drip edges.

Great investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love spending time in the backyard, and my husband enjoys grilling year round. We had this product in mind when we had the concrete slab poured. Plans include eventually adding a hot tub. It has created a new space the whole family can enjoy. You definitely need at least 2 people to build it over several days. We had 4 at some points to keep things moving.

Love My 16x12 Barrington Gazebo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had previously bought our playgound equipment from Backyard Discovery and purchased our gazebo in May 2023. Great product. Installation guys were perfect and highly professional. Since we live next door to our three grandchildren (and their parents), our backyards are connected and we spend a huge amount of time playing and eating and talking under our classy, beautiful gazebo. Thanks, BD.

Great purchase from day one

We got delivery in October and enjoyed it from the first day it was completed. My son, son-in-law, and a friend put it together. The parts are well marked making the build much easier than expected. Cedar is good quality making the Back Yard Discovery Gazebo a beautiful addition to our property. The only drawback is winter! 🥶 Can’t wait until spring so we can get back to enjoying our Back Yard Discovery Gazebo!

Very nice design!

The instructions were very thorough, I would recommend downloading the BILT AP as well. I would recommend a total of 3 people to install the roof panels but can be done with two strong people that have some basic carpentry skills. Keep all parts organized and take your time, the end result is beautiful. Highly recommend

Looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this earlier this year and overall very happy I did. When it arrived there was damage to a couple of boxes and some of the material. The company was great to work with and sent new parts right away. The assembly took me quite awhile and some of the instructions could have been better. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this gazebo to anyone.

Simple

ALL components are well labeled and easily identifiable. Even the metal roof components are film covered to keep it protected until installation. I think removing the film is the actual hardest part, patience is needed, but you figure out tricks as you go along. Assembling sections on a painter's tarp will help minimize scratches and scuffs to wood finish. One main builder and an extra set of hands can complete the project, but a couple extra sets always helps speed things up. Great investment, because after anchoring it, it is SOLID!

Love It

This is the second product we have bought from them. my only complaint is that the app instructions will have instructions that the paper one doesn't. For example, when anchoring the gazbeo, the app tells you how big a hole you need to drill, but the paper ones do not.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well built product and the directions are very detailed with all parts labeled. All of the metal roofing is protected by plastic film to reduce scratches during shipping. There are 5 boxes of parts which took me a weekend to assemble by myself with the exception of lifting the roof up. I used different anchors in my concrete to fasten instead of the screws that came with the kit. I also did not put the metal roof trim over the top of the roof panels like instructed, I put it under the roof panel which is more like a drip edge. The reason I did this was to avoid leaves, sticks, and acorns from getting stuck between the roof and the roof trim. The trim did not have to be cut to install this was, I will include a picture.
