Horrible allergic reaction. My lips started swelling and I had a bright red ring of fire around them. The corners would start cracking as well. Took a while to figure out what I was allergic to.

This has helped my hot flashes significantly. I notice a change in about 2 weeks of taking these consistently. I highly recommend this product. Also a great price for the amount of pills.

Is best … try it .. I was struggle for months . Difficult time . My dr wasn't a bale help me . Hormon medication wasn't helpful . Patch or anything . This work after 3 days
