I’ve been on this for >a year and it really helps with my menopause symptoms. I’m not having any hot flashes!

I was using the sleep one , you take at night - this is way better . Really knocked down my hot flashes .

It work wonderful for hot flashes, energy ,mood ,focus and concentration. Has not help with Virginia dryness. But it’s a very good product.
