Ok but not great

I been taking this almost a month and I haven’t seen any results likes it’s getting worse and I been taking them from the first day that I received them and I haven’t seen no results at all

Menopause is driving me mad. This actually is worth every dime in my opinion and I make less than $500 months. Tried other cheaper things and regretted it

My PCP suggested this for me. I couldn't take hormones due to medical issues. Ive been taking for 3 weeks. Omg. The differwis absolutely amazing. No hot flashes..mood swings minimal. I sleep better. Thank u for this awesome supplement

I was in a permanent fight with family on the thermostat settings to the point I was always angry bc there was nowhere comfortable for me. But within the first week taking this supplement, my symptoms improved, and I started gradually increasing the thermostat myself. And I'm an MD, who was determined not to take any HRT, and generally wary of the claims on non-FDA approved supplements, but I wholly endorse this one!

I was super skeptical about taking this, but my hot flashes were outta control and I was desperate. I started taking it 3 weeks ago and the other day I noticed that I had had only a few hot flashes and I slept a whole 6 hours without waking up. I’m so happy I gave it a try. I’ve been sleeping better, and the hot flashes are not very often and not as intense.

Been using for years. While it does not stop hot flashes 100 % it decreases them drastically

Works Wonders. Took 2 wks before i noticed a complete change.

After 2 weeks my hot flashes are nearly gone. What i am having isnt extreme anymore, the rare one is barely noticable
