I started taking this over a year ago. I honestly think it is the thing that reduced my anxiety which I developed when i started perimenapause. I used to have panic attacks and anxiety in general. I heard horror stories about HRT so i was determined not to do it. I researched and researched and settled on the pills. Im glad i did! No more panic attacks. It does take a while to get in yiur system but worth the wait! Ill continue to take them as long as i think i need to!
