I can't find a comfortable position to sleep in that does not leave me sore upon waking. I'm a side sleeper and each night I try both sides and my back. I hoped to get used to it or have it break in a bit, but I've had it about 3 weeks now and I'm no happier

Was contemplating on purchasing a new bed because of the amount of other mattress companies out there, making it extremely difficult to decide. Purchased a Tempurpedic and it was one of the best decisions. It took a few weeks for the mattress to break in, but I have not had one bad night of sleep since. I did not notice a smell after it was set up, nor have I gotten warm/hot when sleeping (as others claimed). It is truly is well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress arrived in great shape. Took a couple of nights to get used to the new mattress. This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress and it has not disappointed us. This mattress keeps you slightly cooler than our old Cloud mattress did, which is great. I haven't overheated once. Also, I am typically a toss and turn kind of sleeper, so this mattress is great for my wife, allowing her to sleep too! However, I do not toss and turn on this mattress even close to what I used to, plus I don't wake up with sore shoulders etc. and I am a side sleeper only.

I spent many weeks trying to figure out which of the new matresses was closest to the feel of my previous one. In the store i was leaning to adapt pro firm, which was $1000 more. Discussed w online costumer support for tempurpedic, who suggested this one. And they were right. Firm, but it feels it hugs you and supports you through the night for an amazing night of sleep! I couldn't be happier!

I slept on a Tempurpedic for 32 years, It was perfect,until it died. I never thought of getting any other brand. I have had this mattress for 30 days. The first two weeks were fine. Then, one morning I woke on a series of lumps,bumps, crevasses and things poking me when I sat. I phoned you, but nobody called me back. It said to walk on it on my hand and knees. I have P.T. For my back and knee once a week and .I,m 95, but I did it as best I could. No change. Under my body the mattress has softened, but the bumps are there, The other side if the bed is still bad, but I try to press and release. Every night I lower the bed( it,s adjustable), and try to work it, but to no avail. There are even bumps under my pillows. I must sleep in one position. If I move I,m up. Some nights I strip the bed and smooth the protector, but it doesn,t work. I looked at a topper, but there,s no promise of relief. I did not notice any odor, but I have wakened with swollen lips and mouth a few times.. Today is 30 days. Tomorrow I will call to initiate return. I have looked at other tempurpedic and other brands these past two days. I can,t walk very much, but I tried. I know you will charge, but I can,t bear it anymore, Your mattresses are different now, and .i don,t know who can like them. Maybe this one is defective, and others won’t have a problem, but every one I sat on in the store was bumpy,.I,m tired and a little emotional so I hope I can be dispassionate when I call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is only one Tempur-pedic, all of the attempted knock offs don't hold a candle to this mattress. It's firm but cradles all the right places. From the moment I slept in it, my lower back pain disappeared.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Adapt is the least expensive option, but I still feel like I'm getting a top-quality product. The medium-hybrid is firm enough to support my back and soft for me to comfortably sleep on my side. It is one of the best investments you could make., and I'm hoping in the future to get another one for my other room.

Okay, this is a review of the mattress itself not the delivery service they use, because in my case that.was.a.mess. I'm a side sleeper, he's a stomach sleeper (how do you all do that?!). Our last mattress was a choose your number brand (can't list name here). We liked that one as we could each adjust our side, however the foam on the edges wore from use and began to sag. After a couple years he just couldn't get comfortable. So I did some research and we decided to try this one. It took about a week to get used to as it does feel different. Now we have had it for 2 months and we are both sleeping comfortably. I ordered online after testing out in a local store. Next time I would probably order from my local store so they could deal with any shipping issues.

Moved from a bed in a box to this, as my prior experiences with Tempurpedic was always a great nights sleep. I went with the hybrid as it seemed to imply a bit more support would be gained from the springs. After 3 nights, I was waking up with back pain nearly hourly, having to adjust position (get out of the crater) to fall back asleep. Approximately 1 month out now, it has only gotten worse and I am going to return the mattress. Truly unfortunate, but it was it is. I'm a 5'10 200lb person, so not small, but not huge. My wife is 5'4 130lb, and also is shocked by the prior mattress being more supportive (this was the reason we moved on from it).
