What is the weight limit for this mattress or mattress set? 800 lbs. for Queen sizes and larger
What bases are compatible with this mattress? Does it need a foundation? We recommend all Tempur-Pedic® mattresses are used with an approved Tempur-Pedic® foundation, Tempur-Pedic adjustable base or you can place your mattress on a platform frame or solid surface.
Can I flip my mattress? Our mattresses are not designed to be flipped and should not be flipped. You may choose to rotate your mattress if you’d like, though it is not necessary.
How long is the mattress and foundation warranty? 10-year limited warranty. For more details, please refer to the warranty card here.
Should I use a mattress protector with my mattress? We do recommend using a mattress protector to protect against spills.
How long will it take to get used to my new mattress? All new mattresses may take some getting used to since your body is used to different sleeping surface. We suggest you to try it for 30 nights allowing the mattress itself to ‘break in’ and your body to acclimate as well. My new mattress has a slight odor.
How long will it last? TEMPUR-Material™ can have a slight odor after it is manufactured. This smell is normal and harmless, and it usually disappears before the product reaches you. If you notice this odor, know that it will dissipate in a week or two. Sometimes it’s helpful to “air out” your mattress for a couple of days.
What does Home delivery consist of? Tempur-Pedic’s in-home Delivery service includes in-home delivery and basic set-up. In addition, the Member may ask the White Glove delivery agent to remove an old mattress and box spring. The delivery carrier will call the Member to schedule an appointment when the mattress purchase is ready to be delivered.
How can I prepare for my new mattress delivery? Be available, have pets in a separate area, clear pathways leading to your bedroom, have a plan for your old mattress. And finally ensure that you have a proper foundation or base for your new mattress.

Urethane foam will burn if exposed to an open flame or other sufficient heat source. Do not expose urethane foam to open flames or any other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning operations, burning cigarettes, space heaters or naked lights. Once ignited, urethane foam will burn rapidly; releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed space the resulting deficiency of oxygen will present a danger of suffocation to the occupants. Hazardous gases released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings if inhaled in sufficient quantities. Once ignited, urethane foam is difficult to extinguish. Foam fires that appear to be extinguished may smolder and reignite. Always have fire officials determine whether a fire has been fully extinguished.

It's already improved our quality of life
My partner and I really needed a new mattress. She has hypermobility, and this bed has been a godsend for her since the very first night. We are so grateful to find a bed like this. It provides enough support without being too hard, and it provides gentle softness without being too soft. It's basically like baby bear's bed from the fairytale. Incredible design.
Husband with bulging discs and wife with POTS who toss
One sleeper with bulging discs and another with POTS who tosses and turns all night. I didn't want to buy a Tempurpedic bc i didn't think it would be worth the money. But my husband's back couldn't handle the previous bed anymore. We bought the Adapt-Medium hybrid. At first it felt too squishy for me and i was in more pain. But realized in a week we needed the proper base. So we removed it from our frame and ordered the foundation. I felt the difference immediately. It's a bit more movement than our all foam bed so I do feel him leave the bed before i need to wake up, but the overall better sleep makes up for it. Delivery was perfect as well. Both times and i was glad we could get the foundation so fast. Definitely get the proper base or foundation for it.
A game changer!
Ive had back issues for 13 years after a 2 surgery hip break . We bought a new bed and could never get comfortable, We made a home move recently and thought its time for a new bed bought your temperpedic hybrid and first morning I couldn't believe I had no back pain for the first time in years ( its unbelievable ) If I only had known this 13 years ago thanks temperpedic for a great product and another fyi Im a hairdresser and everyone is getting an education about my new bed in fact my old neighbor is going to buy one now...Can't wait to go to bed every night ....Yeah
