[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hurt my lower back in November and was seeing a chiropractor for months and it wasn't getting better. After having this bed for less than a month, the support it provides made the pain go away almost completely. I love it. I am only giving four stars because I was expecting more because of the hype. I was hoping it would fix my problem of constantly being tired, but it does not. My boyfriend hated it at first, but he said he is finally having dreams again, meaning his REM sleep is back. Overall, I like this bed a lot. But is IS very expensive. I would however like to try the other mattresses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our original Tempur-pedic to a split king with adjustable base. The original mattress was firm and molded to form as we slept. This is a little soft. Still better than a traditional Mattress.

This is our first memory foam mattress experience. We were intrigued by the company's offer of cooling qualities, the mattress' longevity, and the support it promised to provide! We were advised by our salesman that the bed would need 4 - 6 weeks to offer maximum comfort as we became accustomed to sleeping on this type of mattress. I slept soundly the first night on the bed, but it has taken my husband a little longer to adjust to the support it provides. However, three weeks later he agrees that it was a great investment and we are both enjoying a restful night sleep.

After our dealer finally delivered the right bed, I personally love it, more nights of restful sleep for me. My husband apparently is never getting a restful nights sleep. This mattress is not cooling by any stretch of the imagine.... I mean unless you sleep on only the mattress. But you see here's the kicker. You have a warranty for this bed, as long as there are no stains etc. So you are forced into buying a cover, which keeps you from potentially staining the mattress but probably obscures the "cooling" feature of said mattress. I'm purely guessing here, but I would think my husband profuse sweating would qualify as a stain which would render the warranty void according to our dealer. So if this mattress really is cooling we would never know. Same goes for these awful "cooling" pillows, they do not work either. They didn't offer pillow covers, so I am sure they are no longer under warranty. Idk its an awful lot of money to spend on the possibilty of a cooling good nights sleep. Not sure I could recommend this to everyone, especially to those without a diagnosed reason for hot sleeping with sweating. Yet I'm happy with this mattress and so is my back, which I have a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease and I usually wake up pretty refreshed and feeling well with my back!

Without a long drawn out story I can say this mattress exceeds my expectations. This is our first Tempurpedic mattress. You know how when you buy a mattress and the first week to two weeks your body needs to adjust? This didn't happen to us! No sore back! I have arthritis in my back and I expected my usual two weeks of pain but it never happened. We've had this mattress for just shy of 30 days and can say honestly that we love this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this bed after RETURNING for an exchange, a recommended Sterns & Foster. My Dr. recommended a Tempur-pedic as I've had back successful surgery in the past. This mattress molds to your body. We bought the 'Medium' after trying it in the store along with trying the 'Soft'. It's been almost 2 months and my opinion is this mattress is still a little stiff. We were told to give it a 'few weeks'. We do believe we chose the right mattress for us. Wish we could have afforded the newer model that's supposed to be 'cooler', as we live in Florida year round.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With our old mattress My husband often woke up with shoulder pain and I always woke up with back pain - since getting our new Tempurpedic we have both slept more soundly and wake up refreshed - no pain. The only issue that we had was the offgassing of the mattress which prevented me from sleeping on it the first few nights - but I am very sensitive to fumes in general. After a few days of airing the bedroom out with fans it was fine and I have been thrilled with it since my first night on it.

I use to own a pillow top and it was killing me. I woke up with back and hip pain every day. So I tried all of the mattresses at the store And fell in love with this mattress. The first night sleep was amazing I woke up with very little pain in my hip and back. The next few days the pain was gone. This is an amazing mattress I would definitely recommend it to àll my friends and family.and to you all reading this review it is amazing. The only thing I wish I could afford was the pillows to go with it but I will get them later.

On the very first night of sleeping on our new Tempurpedic, I slept the whole night through. This has changed everything. I'm no longer tired during the day; instead, I am focused and sharp.

Got a twin tempur adapt. Store manager said it's good for hot side sleeper but he was so wrong. I'm 5ft 2 in nearly 200 lbs. Not only it's hot like an oven but my hip sag and only a little better if sleep on the back.Use to sleep 7-8 hrs but now 4 hrs.cos of the pain and heat.its been a month and it's still hot hot hot if add a topper it's too high for me to climb cos with base foundation and mattress it's 29 inches high.use a stool to get on the bed but fell down cos step on the stool wrong at night.i dont feel like changing to another mattress cos couldn't afford to waste time to break it cos I'm not young.want to buy a cooling mattress protector but living on pension I couldn't afford it. Even the mattress is financing.if I know tempurpedic is so hot I wouldn't have got it.its winter and I sleep with short sleeve and shorts but the heat radiates where my body touches specially the back. Hate the mattress. Even the pillow that I had been using is hot.is there anything I can do without wasting more money to cool it down
