I have not had a solid sleep until I purchased this mattress. What a world of difference! I'm now sleeping solid (no more tossing and turning) I'm now getting the best sleep that I've ever had! I never realized how important it is to have a quality mattress to get the proper sleep your body needs! It was well worth the investment! Quality and comfort, hands down!

Broke down after less than two years, nothing but back pain. This was a replacement for the original Cloud TP that we had purchased in 2013, and we were talked into the Hybrid by our local salesman. Nope, never again. Within a year, there was a solid 8 inch crack leading all the way down to the coils, leading to many uncomfortable nights of sleep and lots of back pain. Stick with the regular memory foam.

My wife loves the bed but she's having problems also. For me I wake up every morning and it feels like my lungs hurt and my back hurts. I'm not liking as bad at all. Hopefully with the 30 day thing it gets better but as of right now I am not getting a good nights sleep, or waking up feeling refreshed.

I have slept on the Tempur-pedic medium adapt mattress for several weeks and I can honestly say it's been the best couple weeks of sleep. I have the mattress on a platform frame, making the height of the bed perfect. The mattress has a cooling effect that I love. The mattress is firm but extremely comfortable and soft once you lay on it. Another thing I love is that motion from my spouse doesn't affect my sleeping. The mattress does exactly what it says, it "adapts" to each sleeper.

First I have to say is that it is a good mattress and my wife loves it. Unfortunately my back and hips are killing me. My wife is normal height and weight, but I'm 6' 3" and weigh 250 so maybe I'm the problem. What I would like to do is switch to a medium non hybrid and see if that fixes the problem since the wife Loves the bed, but as you know you can only change one time ( and I understand why) I am going to have to switch to a non hybrid firm mattress because my back can't take another mattress like this. On the plus side since I got this mattress I get up before 5 every morning (because of the pain) and have been able to get to work before every one else I guess if I had to make a recommendation I would have to say go ahead purchase a tempurpedic mattress but don't buy the hybrid if your a bigger person the springs won't support you properly.

For some reason I resisted buying a TempurPedic mattress for years! I finally decided to give it a try since there was a very flexible and convenient policy for a return. And due to working remotely because of covid-19 I wouldn't have to take time off from the job to meet anyone for delivery and pickup! I was more than satisfied the very first time I slept on it! It is fantastic!

We have an Tempur-Pedic mattress that is over ten years old and still love it. So we did not hesitate to buy a new one. However this mattress is not for us. The mattress support is inconsistent making it feel lumpy. We almost feel like we are slumping towards the middle of the bed. We have concluded that it is too soft as we are mostly side sleepers. We will be returning it.

My husband and I wake up feeling refreshed and awake. I suffer from back and shoulder pain and have not had any since waking up from sleep. It's eliminated snoring with the "Anti snore" option on the base. Great product and great company to work with. Highly recommended!!!!

ive had this bed just shy of a year on an adjustable base. It's amazing of course. Took some time to get use to the "stuck in mud" feel. But now i wouldn't have it any other way. I really can't dont think it stays cool all night. Just feels cool when you first lay down. A year in i noticed i could feel the springs with my knee when i got into bed. Then i noticed there was a huge 3 foot across T shaped tear in the mattress all the way down to the springs. I never would have expected that to happen in less than a year. They're replacing it but its a hassle, especially during this pandemic. Hopefully this wont happen again.

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park!
