The mattress is harder than expected based on the one in the store.

store model medium was not very firm but the medium we got is extremely firm. Very disappointed

have had this approx. 3 weeks, at this point I don't understand what all the praise is about....

Waste of money. My back is no better - maybe worse. Wish I could give negative stars
