Firm enough to offer support, but at the same time very comfortable with the feeling of a Tempur-pedic mattress.

We love it. Only had it for two months, but we got use to it in a few days and not complaints so far.

I'm still trying to get used to the split king and the recliner portion. My pillow was always comfortable, however now it's not.

I was very surprised the mattress was a good as the advertising claimed. Sleeping better tham I have in years.
