Love the mattresses you have to give in a few weeks to break it in. I was about to exchange it, company told me give it a month.. I'm glad I did I love it. When you get it step all over it to break it in. It works !! Won't be disappointed a must buy.

I had to replace my old mattress as I could never get comfortable and never slept well through the night. I went to many stores and tried out so many beds. This mattress was by far the most comfortable to me and my aches and pain. I have a bad neck, shoulders, back, and hips. I was worried to spend so much on a bed, but took a leap of faith and I'm so glad I did. I sleep so well despite all my aches and pains because the mattress conforms to me. I definitely thought at first that it was not the right bed for me, but after a week, it seemed to break it and it's been perfect sense! I owe my better sleep to Tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted a genuine Tempurpedic mattress since first sitting on one at the mall 20 years ago. I finally pulled the trigger last fall and I'm soo glad I did. The mattress is everything I expected; soft but supportive, good quality, and has that signature feel of the memory foam. Don't be fooled by imitation "memory foam" when you feel the real thing you won't go back. I also got the adjustable frame and love the zero-G setting and massage. I'm very picky with mattresses because they are a signifigant investment and you don't want to live with a mistake. I've mostly owned Sterns and Foster latex mattresses in the past but after my Tempurpedic experience I am a customer for life.

Having own a temperpedic king for 13 years it was time to upgrade and we are very please with the new setup delivery was prompt and they removed the old mattress and bases we love the adjustable bases as with all temperpedics making up the bed is a bit of a chore but doing the split twins is a little easy to maneuver than the old king look forward to enjoy for years to come by the way we are both seniors FYI

We had our Cloud Supreme warrantied - the best warranty experience I have ever had. However, the bed we got as a replacement is not as soft or comfortable as the last one. I regret choosing this one which they would give us for free instead of paying the extra for a better mattress. I called back after a week of trying it, but warrantied needs can not be returned. They did tell me that, and this one seemed fine in the store, but it's hard on my back and hips night after night. It's not horrible, but if recommend one of the higher lines if you have any back problems.

I have tried different size sheets, including sheets purchased from Tempurpedic, but none fit well. Sheets "bunch up" wherever I lay, and I prefer a nice tight smooth sheet. Have not been able to find any that accomplish this, no matter the depth size. A topper might help, but when you pay 3k for a mattress, why would you need to add a $300 topper that cannot be returned if it doesn't solve the problem?

We purchased our mattress in December of 2016 and I was excited to try it out. I was hoping that the memory foam would help with my shoulders, low back, etc. My husband didn't have any issues. When we went to the store to check the mattresses out, the salesman made a big deal about us laying down on the mattresses so we could select the one that best fit our needs. Well the Medium firm mattress felt wonderful. And we laid on it for quite a while. We also tried the Soft one and it was very soft and didn't seem to have any support. So after discussing with the salesman, he said that it would probably take 60 days to break in the mattress so that it would be like the one we tried in the store. And if we were not happy with it, we could return it for a different one. Within 30 days, both my husband and I could hardly walk when we got up in the morning. The mattress was so hard. I put a foam pad on it and that helped a little. So we went back to the store to see if we could get a different one. They said we should give it more time and that we should not have added the foam - well they weren't sleeping on the darned thing. They also said we could trade it in for the Soft mattress but it would cost more money. I was really frustrated. The thing already cost us an arm and a leg, I felt we had already paid too much and didn't want to pay more money only to find out the soft one wouldn't work either. They also said that the reason the medium mattress felt so good at the store was because so many people had laid on it, trying it out, so it was broken in really good. So we went home disappointed and feeling like we were ripped off and determined to make the mattress work for us so we didn't have to pay more money to the store. After 90 days, the mattress was still as hard as it had been day 1. So we put the foam pad back on it. It has now been over 2 years and it is still as hard as it was on day 1. And yes, the foam pad is still on there. With the foam pad, we aren't limping out of bed. I firmly believe we were delivered the hard mattress. Lessons learned - (1) it does not help to try out mattress in the store, as they are not what you will receive; (2) don't believe the salesman when he says you can bring it back, there will be a catch; (3) buy a cheaper mattress so you can afford to get another one when the new one doesn't work out. I'm writing this at 1:30 am because I can't sleep, my shoulders are aching from laying on the mattress.

I've had my mattress for two years, and it's already noticeably worn in and has gotten too soft to properly support me in the correct alignment. The warranty will not cover this, as there is no visible indent and they claim this type of change doesn't affect the pressure-relieving properties. All I can say is, it does if you're heavy! Would not recommend tempur-pedic if you are heavier, at this point. It's a shame because they used to be very high quality.

My husband and I purchased this mattress after extensive research. We were on a mattress that was uncomfortable and we just dreaded going to bed. When we decided to purchase our Tempur-Adapt Medium and slept on it we were thoroughly ecstatic! Our sleepless nights turned into let's just stay in bed and enjoy our comfortable mattress! We recommend this mattress to all of our friends and family!
