I VERY rarely spend this kind of money on a "treat"--must be my old age kicking in. These Heaton Pecans have to be one of the finest chocolates--or pecans I have tasted in my 69 years. Worth every penny.

You cannot eat just one!!! They are scrumptious! The chocolate covering is very, very good. It’s not too sweet. It tastes like a mixture of dark and milk chocolate. But darn it’s good. Try them, you’ll buy more.

Bought these a surprise and something different for Mother's Day. My Mom and Dad both loved them! The pecans were good and fresh and the chocolate they said had a really good taste. They both really enjoy chocolate and pecans. It was a perfect gift and look forward to ordering again.

I bought these for my stepfather, figuring I would give them at C-mas time. Upon taking the out of the shipping carton, the plastic that sealed the container came loose, and I felt obligated to pop the lid and check them out. You know, for safety's sake. He certainly would not notice- or object if I tried ONE. Well, I TRIED to try one. ONE turned into 9, and I felt obligated to give them to him early. In the past when I have given him nuts and other treats he has always said I gave him too much, and this container is 6 pounds, so.... Didn't work. He popped the lid, ate a few, made a few faces and closed it it right back up. I even had a container ready, but he didn't offer me any. Greedy. Anyway, these things are THE BOMB! Easily the best chocolate covered nut I have ever had- or chocolate covered ANYTHING for that matter. I routinely snack on the Sam's Club choc covered almonds, and find them addicting- but these are WAYYY past that. Beware. I would say they might even be lightly glazed under the chocolate. They are NOT cheap, and I certainly could not authorize such a purchase for my own humble snacking. Having said that, I feel compelled to buy my own supply. Maybe I can figure a way to ration them out...maybe a time lock safe, or a locked and portioned animal feeder.....

If you love chocolate, this is addicting. I have mine hidden. I eat them in my leisure time savoring every morsel.

These pecans are absolutely delicious and I don't know anything negative to say about their taste. However, they are advertised as 6 lbs. I thought they didn't seem that heavy so I put them on postal scales. I ordered two. One was 89 ozs including the weight of the tin. That's short 7 ozs + the weight of the tin. The other was 83 ozs including the tin. That's short 14 ozs. + the tin weight. I doubt this was intentional, probably a careless employee, but I was surprised at this much negligence.

Love these but it's hot here and they arrived soupy. Totally melted and then hardened over night like rocks. Chipped them up and ate them, but not the same. Will order again when it gets cold.

The too thick chocolate coating overwhelms the pecans, and there’s even More chocolate with tiny nut pieces used as filler. Disappointing.

I guess they would be ok except I find it very difficult to eat a single 3.5lb blob of chocolate covered pecans, and that is what I received. They had all melted and solidified back together into one giant blob.

Advertised at 4.2 lbs. The container was packed, but only weighed 3.146 lbs, including container. Returned the unopened container to Sams without any problems, probably because they didn't seem to care.
