wont connect to our Ipad pro max 12..9 5th edition

it works great but hard to keep up with

The Product wouldn't charge or pair with my 1st gen Ipad

Battery won't charge after 3 hours on charger

My daughter loves it.

At first I was a little concerned because I read the reviews and they said that it didn’t come with the USB-C Adapter but mine came with absolutely everything, it came with a USB-C and USB Adapter! Absolutely love it!!

Like that this comes with the adapters for charging so it doesn’t have to plug into the iPad. Works well and haven’t had any issues with connecting to the iPad like our offbrand pencils.
