Cleaning the pot is pretty easy and it is big enough for me to cook soups and spaghetti in. It is quite heavy, not too heavy but has a great high quality feel and weight to it. A simple, sleek design that does the job without unnecessary frills. Easy to clean and store. I just wish they had lids.

The stainless steel distributes the heat across the pan without hot spots. My favorite features are that the pans can go into the oven up to 500 degrees, lids up to 350 degrees and many of the pans have a pour spout making it easy to discard liquid.
