I tried this out for the first time switching out from those old microwave bags due to my health relating to palm oil and I gave this a try. I put it on the cooktop following the instructions and half of the batch was unpopped kernals. At first, I thought this was just simply a bad batch but then I went to buy another one and got the same result. As for the overall feel of this product, it's nothing too eye-catching, it's just your regular old popcorn kernels that you get at the movie theater. I'm a tad bit disappointed at the unpopped kernels, it's like switching from microwave bag to stovetop did nothing. I may not buy this again, and I may advise people to do the same, but maybe in the future whenever this issue is corrected, I will try this again.

I got a microwave popcorn maker bowl as a gift from a friend. I use less than a tablespoon of oil, then I put about 3 tablespoons of popcorn and mix it so that the kernels are covered. Then I microwave it for almost 3 minutes using the popcorn button. I wait for the popping to slow; so that tells me when it's ready, so I don't burn the popcorn. After, I spirnkle with a bit of himalayan pink salt if I want to. Healthy snack. Taste great to me. I think popping on the stove is always messy; and people usually tend to get tough kernels. Whoever reads this, try a microwave bowl popcorn maker. Any kernel I've tried even from a different brand comes out pretty tough on the stove top. I don't think it's the brand. This is my go-to popcorn.

I have been buying this for years. I grew up with stove popped popcorn and it is my favorite. For those who are having issues with all kernels popping, it is one of two things, you either do not have enough oil, or you are not cooking at a high enough temperature for long enough. Every single time I pop this popcorn, every single kernel is cooked. No seeds left over ever- and this has been the case after going through several bottles of popcorn over several years.

Ive been eating healthy for the past few months. These are the best you can buy. Im lactose intolerant. These are a LIFE SAVOR!! Very very low in calories and VEGAN! What more can you ask guys!! This has been my go to Popcorn product for many years. I either use my Pro Popper with the twirly handle or if just making a single bowl, using a shaken medium pot with a vent hole on the stovetop with a little canola oil and medium 6/10 heat. The only time I've ever had a problem is when the product has been opened a while and gone stale. Air poppers have too many un-popped kernels so found the tried and true method always worked best.

I have bought 3 different jars of OR thinking the previous may have been old...the 3 new jars have an expiration date of around 6-2021. They popped good but are hard and tough to chew. I won't be buying for a while, maybe it was a bad crop? It's always been my favorite in the past...very disappointing and I'll be throwing out the rest!

We received the container huge crack and broken with some kernels out of the container.

Well I have now less than 5 months. I have other kernels that are good for alot longer. Waste of money.

I have purchased Orville Redenbacher traditional popping corn for years and have sadly noticed a significant down hill slide in quality this year. I will no longer be purchasing this product.

Just switch from bags to stove top and bottom kernels, a rather large jar and none of them popped. I've tried it six times. I've been using Orville Redenbacher for years, but I will never buy this product again.
