I received my mattress nearly 3 months ago. The mattress is fine, but the $300 gift card seems to be somewhat of a scam. I contacted customer support today, and they said I need to reach out directly to Serta. Really?! We customers need to reach out to Sam's Club suppliers regardign an advertisement that Sam's Club highlights on the website? That seems a bit ridiculous. So... I called the number provided to me only to be told that department is in a team meeting, and then was hung up on. On top of everything, the person I was chatting about this to did not like my responses and basically ended the chat without resolution. I'm fairly certain she knew this is bogus and was ashamed of her inability to provide a good answer.

Mattress has a cooling feature that is great for folks who sleep hot. Replaced a good 10-year-old iComfort mattress.
