We had bentgo lunch box for years and loved it so purchased chilled box too. After for a while the hinge broke but the customer service offer the replacement. They stand by their product. Chilled box is great for summer and for cold lunch. Love the sectional which encourage to put variety of foods also love the design/color too. I wish it’s a little bit lighter for little one to carry in the lunchbox. We loved so much bought 3 different kind of bentgo boxes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get this Bento Chill with an ice pack built in. The box looks nice and has grippy material on it so they can carry with ease. The latch to open the box is very easy, even for my 3 year old. The portions are just right for my son and everything stays cold. This solves the problems.

First off I want to say that we've owned a Bentgo Kids Box for the past two years and absolutely loved it. My son likes certain foods only if they are cold though (cucumbers, celery, berries, etc), so I was excited to see that Bentgo made a Chill lunchbox version with a compatible icepack. Unfortunately our experience over the past month is that the icepack does not keep his food cold through lunchtime (~4 hrs after I pack his lunch) - let along through afternoon snack time. So - in a nutshell - get a Bentgo Kids Lunchbox for regular foods - they are awesome! But if keeping food cold is your goal search elsewhere for a different lunchbox.

We love our bentgo chill boxes! My son uses them for his school lunch everyday and they are perfect for him! We recently had an issue with our boxes and I contacted Bentgo customer service. They were super quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

I bought a set of lunch and snack boxes. I am very satisfied with my purchase.The food remains fresh and I have not noticed any leak thus far. I contacted customer services as the lunch box was hard to open and they reacted quickly, sending me a replacement box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a must have if you pack you kid school lunch daily. We have a 4yr old daughter that goes to Pre K4. She such a picky eater so my wife packs her lunch every day. We were introduced to the bento box by a family member who has triplets. She no longer packs their lunches, because then are much older now, so she gifted them (2 bento box) to us. 1 had a broken hinge but still works and 1 was still in great condition (Green one found in the attached photo). After a week of using these, we love them so much that we went and order another one to replace the broken one. To our surprise, the one we order (Pink/Blue) was even smaller. We are now 3 months into the school year, and we just got this latest Bento box (Blue/Green) to try. Compared to the 1st two, the newest one is rounder on the side and it only has 1 latch to lock instead of 2. Newest 1 also has a removable ice pack that is found underneath the tray. One thing that I like about the newest 1, beside the remove ice pack, is the lid. When open, it stands up instead of flipping all the way open / laying complete flat on table. With COVID currently, I feel like this act as barrier, while she is eating lunch.

We have a few Bentgo Chills and they are perfect for our kid's snack for school, road trips, or even just after-school snacks to be able to close the lid and preserve a snack easily if it's not all eaten in the first go. We recently had to reach out with a question about something as well, and their client service process was just as easy and reliable as their products. They're worth the money.

We bought 2 of these to try after hearing great reviews. Unfortunately, upon receiving the products, one product had the wrong insert in the box. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to fix the problem. They even allow us to keep the wrong product. We look forward to trying these kids lunchboxes.

Just bought the bentgo box chill for my preschooler, haven’t had for more than a month and it’s already warped. It won’t close. I followed dishwasher instructions for inserts to shelve and hand wash exterior. Added photo of box “closed” Very disappointed I need to buy a new one already.

We have two of these! They are easy to clean and have lots of space. The integrated ice pack is awesome and effective. We did have an issue with one of the box’s sealing between compartments. When I reached out to the support team, they were very helpful, quick to respond, and are in the process of solving the issue for us. Overall very happy with these products!
