[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ZzzQuil Nighttime sleep aid is kept for occasional use. I do not personally use it but I give it to friends and family staying over if they need it. My mother in law used it and stated it helped a little but she wasn't entirely impressed with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so the sleep aid helped me fall asleep but after about 45 minutes it wore off. It was not really helpful and I was back at square 1. My room was dark and quiet and I even kept it nice and cold. I was honestly disappointed because I hoped this would be the product to help me sleep all night since that what it boasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It must be something in OTC sleep aids everyone of them make me extremely groggy and "doped up" feeling the next day, I feel like I get no sleep at all I've tried many different types including plain Melotonin and even it does it to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like ZzzQuil Nighttime SleepAid because this is basically like taking a Benadryl. It doesn't have a lot of stuff in it, but the diphenhydramine is enough to knock me out for a couple hours. I wish it would keep me asleep a full 8, but it lasted about 4 hours before I woke up which was nice and it helped me to fall asleep much quicker than normal. I like that it didn't make me groggy the next day like other sleepaids. I will use again.

I have never really used a sleep aid but I had been having trouble sleeping so I decided to give it a try. I did notice myself any more sleepy than usual but I did notice I slept well and didn't have any lingering effects or drowsiness in the morning. I don't know that I would use a sleeping aid regularly so I don't know if I would buy this product or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I took the nighttime sleep aid, I fell asleep within 5 mins. My chest got warmer and it felt so soothing. The oil wasn’t really big, it was easy to swallow. I love it, I would definitely recommend!

The active ingredient is the same that is Benadryl, an antihistamine. So, it makes you sleepy in about an hour after taking it. It will not keep you sleeping through the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do purchase ZzzQuil liquid to help me fall asleep for the nights I just can't shut down. The ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid does help you fall asleep and you don't wake up the next morning feeling sluggish or sick to your stomach, like you do with many prescription drugs. I have stopped trying RX's as I have tried over 10 and they all make me feel terrible in the morning and you need to take them early like 7:00 p.m. and every day. With ZzzQuil I can get up around 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. if I can't sleep and this will calm me down to fall asleep and I wake up in the morning without the side effects. I do still wake up early sometimes, so I would like it if the product worked a little longer.
