[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately ZzzQuil did not work for me. I went to sleep as normal, but I still woke up multiple times during the night. Despite being labeled as a "Nighttime Sleep-Aid" this did nothing to improve my quality of sleep.

It takes a lot for me to go to sleep comfortably, but this product says what it's going to do. Would recommend to those who need a little help falling asleep and getting that sleep rhythm back on track.

Usually I wake up a lot throughout the night and that did not happen when I used this product. I also did not feel groggy in the morning. At the beginning it did wonders and helped we sleep. I will not give this product another try since I am not getting any benefit.

I was disappointed with the product. I didn't notice any change after taking it and I laid in bed for 2 hours wide awake before I took another product to assist me in falling asleep.

The pill was super big and hard to swallow too. I'm not saying it won't work for you but it didn't work well for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally have a very difficult time falling asleep and an ever harder time staying asleep due to stress and anxiety, however, this ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid took care of that. It worked a little too well, as I was pretty groggy the next day, BUT I did take two pills instead of just one. I've been prescribed a good bit of medications to help me sleep, and honestly this would have to be one of the best.
