These were very nice lights. I hung them around the fence of my inground pool. The different modes and color selections were nice. We had them on for about 3 hours, and they work fine. Well, that was the only time they worked. Two weeks later, l tried to turn the lights on, and they would not function. I brought 2 packs of these lights, and neither one will function anymore. A waste of money.

I haven’t set it up yet as I need to find a perfect spot to mount this on, and we don’t get enough sunlight in the winter. I tested it and the colors were so beautiful and lit pretty nicely. The quality of this seems pretty sturdy — looks like it can probably test the cold of the NYC weather, but I’m still hesitant on putting this out. Either way they don’t need to be plugged in which means you can put them up anywhere. The best thing about these lights is that you have multiple colors and patterns to choose from. You can set a single color, a preset set of 3 or all 7. You can change the brightness of the bulbs and speed of the fade all with the remote that works from at least 30ft. You can also cycle the settings through the settings with a button on the back of the solar panel. You can have the lights come on automatically at dusk and off at sunrise. The bulbs are made from a hardy plastic so you don’t have to worry about them breaking outside. Overall these are versatile and extremely easy to set up.

The original battery power lasted for a night before I need to recharge it. It’s light and easy to install. They also come with a remote that I can use from inside the house.

These lights are very easy to set up, however they arrived all tangled up and took a while to untangle. They light up very well at night, and comes with a remote control that can be used to change the colors. One thing I noticed is that the light colors keep resetting even though I had it at white. It would change back to the alternating colors after a few days. Additionally, the lights only turn on for around 6 hours if I remember correctly from their instruction manual. I wish it would light up from dusk to dawn instead. The good thing about this is that it is solar powered but the con is that you need to have sunlight in order for it to power on.
