The green beans were large, thick, and tough

If you can't have your own home grown beans these are as good as it gets.

All ofthe items are very good.

Once open need to be used immediately or they get slimy

Not as fresh as I thought they would be, but still good.

Fresh crisp with few broken beans. Not uniform, so cooking requires more effort.

The whole bag was rotten. Absolutely disgusting!

Blanched them, then cooked them with a little oil, garlic and Parmigiano cheese.

Green beans are great most of the time; other times it is slimy and old.
