We received ours yesterday with gunk all over it. As one reviewer stated, she thought hers was used when it arrived this way. But it's actually the liquid inside that's leaking. It's all over the machine and the plastic bag it arrived in. The liquid is thick, slimy, sticky, and has a weird, nauseous chemical smell. The places on the bottom motor have dried and are like white powder. We tried filling out a contact form for the warranty and that's useless since we literally can't tell what the model # is because some doofus stamped a triangle over it! It's clear we won't be taking our new ice cream maker camping next week. What a waste of money!

It had to mix for so long to get thick and then after mixing so long everything just turned back to liquid again. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I followed all instructions and it just failed and making the end result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried to make ice cream twice now with this ice cream maker and I do not know why, but my ic cream is not coming out of thick and creamy like ice cream should be. I've actually made my own ice cream before by mixing my own ingredients and freezing it in a loaf pan. For whatever reason my ice cream comes out more in the runny side. And I freezed bowl overnight, followed instructions but the consistency is off.

Not sure about S'mores recipe, the eggs did not incorporate into the mixture correctly, texture was good though. Chocolate came out awesome. This machine is small and cleans up easily, the shute is too small, ingredients spill and drip,can get messy. Still a good value.

First time I didn't know what I was doing so it took awhile but it still turned out good. Making my second batch so far and it looks more promising than the first. The Popsicle mold worked well. Just hard to get the Popsicles out lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easy-to-use ice cream maker I have seen. I made popsicles first and it was easy to make just pour the ingredients in oh but make sure your bowl is frozen. My kids love the popsicle. Going to try to make kool-aid popsicle today

My family loved the product. It didn’t come out *quite* as thick as we were hoping even after following the instructions to a tee, but the finished product was delicious and everyone was presently surprised how much the vanilla ice cream included in the recipe book was compared to the store bought stuff. We will most likely try other products from this company if they boast the same quality.
