[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I got this a few weeks ago. She grew up eating homemade ice cream so she was super excited. We've used this several times and we take enjoy it and love the two different options of ice cream or Popsicles. The ice cream works better when the mixture is chilled before hand. The popsicle maker is great, we made some smoothies and dropped them into the freezer and it made a healthy afternoon snack the kids loved and us as parents loved giving them. We will be trying different recipes as the vanilla recipe they offered was extremely sweet with 3/4 cups of sugar.

Received this as a birthday present after years of wanting and ice cream maker and I'm loving it! Literally using it every day and the ice cream tastes great! I wish I could order another bowl so I can make 2 batches in one day with my toddler but it's easy to use, the recipes are great and it's great! The bowl definitely needs the 12 hours to freeze, I usually leave it overnight and I like to let it churn for a hour hour before freezing until we eat it later. We are experimenting with new flavors and adding toppings into the mix today!

Can be a little noisy. Make sure ingredients are cold, and the bowl is nice and chilly! It took about 40 minutes for me to have delicious blueberry dark chocolate ice cream. I put it in the freezer afterwards to make it perfect ice cream hard instead of soft serve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this ice cream maker as I liked that it wasn't too big and made a smaller amount of ice cream. I also was excited that it can make popcicles as well. Now the popcicle maker is so so. Nothing spectacular but it does work. Onto the ice cream maker, it doesn't work well. We followed the instructions to a tee. Made sure to freeze the bowl for an extended period of time and chilled the mixture for a while. When we churned the ice cream, it never froze and was quite runny. This ice cream maker is very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used it a few times to make popsicles. It is super easy , convenient, and makes delicious popsicles. It is also Very easy to clean as well which makes it even more enjoyable to people of all kind.

I purchased this product for myself. Upon receiving it, it looks like the item has been already used. There is dried on white splatters all over the motor And what looks to be dried ice cream all over the clear cover. I have washed the unit and hoping it doesn’t affect its performance

I purchased this in May as a birthday gift for my twin grandchildren. Today was our first time to use it. As per the instructions, the cream and milk were cold, right out of the refrigerator. The base had been in the freezer for 28 hours, it was frozen solid.After churning for 30 minutes the mixture was still liquid so I continued to let it run. I kept checking it every 15 minutes but there was no change to the mixture. The motor turned off on its own after running for 90 minutes. The mixture was still liquid. And, the lid was hot, it would not turn back on. I'm guessing the motor is burnt up. Come on Dash, you can do better than this!

So far I have used this 3 times and it never made ice cream. Kept the base in the freezer for 2 days or more and even put the mix in the fridge, it never made ice cream. Makes more of a frosty. Finally I tried taking the mix out of the fridge and putting it in the freezer for a few hours. It was more ice cream than what I ended up with after it stayed in the ice cream maker for over an hour.
