We bought this unit at the beginning of spring last year and by the time we had to pull it down the springs were completely shot. It never had enough people or weight to stretch them out. This is the second trampoline we've gotten from Propel. Their support is fantastic and we basically got our first one replaced but the springs are the weak point. We've also had issues with the jump mat metal connectors separating. My kids love the trampoline but it get incredibly expensive to keep replacing this stuff yearly. Frame held up great and was MUCH easier to put together due to not requiring bolts and nuts.

Purchased this, when received there were 2 bars that did not fit over the other no matter the order it was put, one of the “u” bar buttons was popped out and missing, and missing safety padding and mesh. Overall we were disappointed with product as there were too many issues for the cost of item. Unable to return as it was hard to get home.

Went to Sams to buy this because wanted a basketball goa where I had looked didn't have one it cost more money but what I wanted . Got it together and you can't mount the basketball goal because there is no holes to mount it. Tired of buying things and you don't have what you bought

First time ever setting up a trampoline in general and I read these reviews before starting. I 100% recommend to YouTube a video on how to set up. It took my husband and I under an hour to do it.

Went together smooth, kids love it. They were fighting on it in less than a minute and one crying in less than 5. Highly entertaining. Will teach them to be tough or cry
