I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. It was easy to put together.

Sturdy and keeps the kids entertained. You will definitely need to order a ladder separately.

Very bad product and bad customer service, please avoid.. the screws which connecting the legs is not working and holes is saw small

Main curve frame was a bit deformed and could not be joined to the T. No replacement was possible as the product was out of stock.

Set up is definitely a 2+ person job! Directions are not crystal clear, a lot of putting together and taking apart. Took between 1 1/2- 2 hours to put together with 2 people. So far good!

The whole family loves this trampoline. We had zero problems putting it together and it is really well made. We like that it has a higher weight limit. Good way to keep our boys entertained during quarantine.

This trampoline not only looks fantastic, but is very easy to assemble with the click connect feature. We love it, couldn't be happier with our purchase!!! The anchor kit, spring puller, and basketball hoop, are also an awesome addition. We will be buying Propel products from now on!

Let me start off by saying its worth it to PAY SOMEONE else to build this. This is NOT a 90 minute build! Aside from building it has been GREAT to have. The kids jump on it daily and its perfect to burn off energy especially for their short school breaks.

Bought this in April, finally started to put it together and the mat is at least 1ft too big for the frame. I've tried contacting Propel many times regarding this issue to no avail. We've tried numerous times to make sure we were doing everything correctly and we still have a big amount of trampoline pad left over

We bought this unit at the beginning of spring last year and by the time we had to pull it down the springs were completely shot. It never had enough people or weight to stretch them out. This is the second trampoline we've gotten from Propel. Their support is fantastic and we basically got our first one replaced but the springs are the weak point. We've also had issues with the jump mat metal connectors separating. My kids love the trampoline but it get incredibly expensive to keep replacing this stuff yearly. Frame held up great and was MUCH easier to put together due to not requiring bolts and nuts.
