Mattress was great for 1 month until suddenly a 6 inch deep by 3 foot long hole appeared in the center of the mattress. It's unusable now. I have tried every phone number and customer support email on the website dozens of times, no response. You can't talk to anyone. It's supposed to have a 10 year warranty. Bought from a large furniture store but they special ordered this mattress, not a Stearns and Foster dealer, so they won't help at all. Worst customer service ever. I'm ready to drive the mattress 12 hours to the factory and return it in person. I'm hoping to get a response from this review as nothing else works.

Still under warranty and will not help us replace our mattress that has a two and a half inch sagging on each side where we sleep worst mattress and worst experience I have ever had in my life trying to get help to get a replacement mattress because it's still under warranty. Will never recommend having a sterns and Foster again they are the worst!!!! Worst experience that I've ever had in my life trying to get help to replace the mattress that is under warranty!

I have only slept on this mattress for a few weeks, and I really like it so far. This is my first hybrid mattress. The medium is softer than I expected. Compared to my eight years old memory mattress, it's much cooler. It seems like this mattress provides support evenly all night. I can find my comfortable sleeping position easily, and fall asleep fast. I wake up feeling rested every morning.

The bed is very thick, so you need deep pocket sheets for it. Laying down the first time it felt like a dream. Very supportive and comfortable. My daughter sat down on the bed while I was laying down and it didn't bother me. Normally someone sitting down or moving bothers me. I really didn't feel her sit down very much. Getting out of bed the edge feels like a good quality mattress. I am on the heavier side and it didn't feel like I was caving in the whole edge of the mattress. The edges seem to be very well made and make it easier to get out of bed. I am pleased the mattress has handles on the sides for ease of moving it, if needed. The bed didn't smell weird or have a strong chemical smell like other new beds I have purchased. So far so good and I am now considering buying another for my master bedroom in a King size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free mattress to test from the BzzAgent sampling program. First, the mattress is, overall, comfortable and supportive. I would say for a Medium it feels a tad bit softer than I expected. I have slept on it using only the bottom sheet for just under a week- no extra toppers - in order to give my honest opinion. It doesn't sleep too hot. I think it would be perfect with an extra cotton topper. Also, I am typically a side sleeper and found this doesn't aggravate my shoulder.

My mom and I both purchased mattresses through Ashley, thinking we just bought the best mattress on the market and for our price range. Wow were we wrong!! We filed claims and they offered us replacements which we accepted. Once receiving them, we discovered they were worse quality than our previous model. So over the next 6 months plus, they kept "replacing" our mattresses until I told them we are done rearranging our lives and house for more deliveries. They have done nothing to compensate us except to threaten with sending more mattresses. Please do not spend the money you will be wasting it! This is not what craftsmanship looks like!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a stearns and Foster Reserve pillow top mattress for my Honest review and Let me tell you That this mattress is so soft, it feels like you are being hugged by a cloud, it is a great quality with a beautiful design. It is super heavy and tall which I don't mind. Hands down best nights sleep I have ever had. Only problem I have is keeping our 4 girls out of our bed.

The combo of coils and memory foam meant that I don't feel my husband move at night. I was concerned about how big it looks that my sheets would not fit on it but the deep pocket sheets don't move an inch.

I travel a lot for work and hotel beds, as comfy as they may be sometimes, really hold the heat in way too much. This mattress stays much cooler so I don't wake up in the middle of the night in a puddle of sweat. This mattress was also incredibly soft and yet just firm enough at the same time. I got an amazing night sleep, and for someone that usually tosses and turns it was wonderful to wake up in the morning and be surprised it wasn't one of many middle of the night uncomfortable wake ups. I can't recommend this mattress enough, I hope it last as long as I do because I don't want to have to part with it.

It's the perfect balance of firm and comfortable without being too lightweight and unsupportive. I see this as a long term piece that is high quality.
