I have had several of these lunch boxes and every time the hinge has snapped and the lunch box is no longer functionable. This has happened when simply trying to hand wash the lunch box. The hinge attachment is way too fragile!

I bought this bentgo for my son. I really love how nice and modern it looks and it is very spacious. Also, the costumer service is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Pegs that attach the lid to the box are poorly designed. Mine broke with a year. Also, the divider that separates the large compartment is not sold separately. 10 year old lost it within a week, dumping his left over food/wrappers in the trash.
