Okay this is by far the #1 absolute best customer service i have ever encountered ANYWHERE in the world. I purchased a bentgo modern, not on amazon or their website but ON EBAY, and since it was listed as open box it apparently was missing its 1 removable divider. This small piece of plastic to separate your food should you need it. Something so simple, right? But it had a piece of paper, a tiny cardboard that came with the box and on it was written: warranty. Call this number if you have any issues. It was already a ridiculously amazing deal and the seller offered to refund me, but i fell in love with the lunchbox, its all ive wanted so i decided to keet it but then thought, why not call? So i called just to ask. Assuming i really wont be helped. Instead, i was asked for a list of things to prove my purchase and shortly after, was told, since they dont have the divider available, ive been sent the tray WITH my missing divider. You are spoiling us, bentgo!! I have just received my tray it is in my hand and i am in shock. I LOVE THIS LUNCHBOX you have no idea and now i have 2 trays?! The bentgo original is quite heavy because the outer shell is insulated but being able to remove the tray to microwave my lunch at work is oh so convenient. And i could just throw this in my bag without a worry that itll spill. And it hasnt yet so far. I am so happy. I never expected to get any help but you went aiming for the farthest star and you didnt just hit the bullseye, you shot way past it. I am too happy to be treated like im so valued and my issues were not brushed aside but actually given more than i deserved. Youve won a loyal fan! Thank you so much.

We purchased one for each family member. We are so glad we did, as it is great quality. Food stays fresh and the seal keeps food from spilling from one section to another. The movable divider is great. My only request would be for them to sell replacement parts, as with young kids we’ve lost two of them.

I got this for my 9 year old after using the yumbox for a few years. This bentgo modern one is perfect for what we need. It holds a good amount of food due to its depth. We also love the flexibility of using it with our without the divider. We never had any leaks and it’s upper easy to clean. Definitely recommend for an older kid or an adult!

My daughter loves this lunch box. She is in high school and is not embarrassed to bring her lunch to school in her Bentgo box! It's modern, easy to clean and leakproof. To make it even better, it would be great if the outer box contained an ice pack or something. It would be great to be able to put the outer box in the freezer so the lunch will keep cool when they are at school.

I have been using this for my daughter’s lunch for the last three weeks and has been so great. The space of each compartment is excellent. I did have the divider go missing and customer service was able to provide excellent help in that regard as well. I will definitely continue using this company because their products and the service are above and beyond.

I bought this lunchbox about 1 month ago and absolutely love how each compartment is sized and how you can take the divider out of the large compartment for sandwiches or a salad. It’s super modern and I get compliments all the time! I have the white with the gold it’s perfect!

Very convenient for lunches on the go! I had two that only lasted a year before the latch wasn’t working, the lid was falling off and mildew/mold began collecting at the seal. I was very disappointed they lasted so short of a time. I did take care of them by carrying in a bag and switching between boxes day by day.

I have purchased 3 bentgo boxes and use all 3 almost daily for my children’s school lunches. They are extremely convenient and tidy. I absolutely love the variety of compartments and air tight seal. The size is also perfect for my hungry teenager. I also appreciate this company and how they stand by their product warranty. I definitely recommend a Bentgo box to anyone who regularly packs their lunch. Only wish I had one growing up!

We are big bentgo supporters! Both our kiddos use their products for preschool/school. We upgraded our eldest child to the modern version as there is great space for more fun food options. We love the divider option! Brilliant addition. This modern lunch box isn’t too big for our 7 year old. We also use this for our picnics! Lots of storage options.
