I bought these a week or so ago for the kids and am very happy with them so far! We go out on little family adventures/hikes most weekends and the cost/time/logistics it was taking to take & feed the littles was getting crazy. These are perfect for our trips to the museums and roaming around Cleveland Metro Parks! They nicely fit in the diaper bag, too! I love that this style can grow with them for years to come.

I was washing my new Bentgo box in the sink and the little plastic piece that attaches the lid broke off. I contacted customer service, they responded immediately, and they replaced the box. So unbelievably happy with this company! The modern box is wonderful~

My daughter loves the orchid color with brass clasp and the Bentgo Modern keeps her food for being crushed in her backpack (they don’t use lockers). She likes the convenient food storage and reduced waste since no plastic bags are needed. I like that the tray is dishwasher safe too! Only improvement would be for the adjustable food divider to fit a little more snug when in use…easy for kids to misplace.

My daughter and I love the Bentgo box. She prefers it over any other lunchbox as she is able to pack multiple items. She enjoys everything being available at once. However, we have had to replace it twice as the hinges keep breaking! Nonetheless, I keep giving it a chance because she loves it so much!

It is very sturdy and made with high-quality materials. Easy to clean (by hand or dishwasher) and I can pack so much for lunch without any foods cross-contaminating each other. I absolutely love it!

I have been using my beloved Bentgo box almost daily for close to 9 months. This week, the hinge chipped on the lid. This normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but now the lid falls off really easy. I reached out to Bentgo customer service to figure out what to do. Since my Bentgo is still under warranty, they’re sending me a replacement. I am so impressed with both the product and the customer service (thanks, Abby!).

I bought it in mint color in August at Target.com, I use it every day for my lunch. Sadly the clasp broke only after a month of purchasing and frankly I am hoping it was a defective bentgo box, becasue I love it! but I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and quicly replaced my damaged unit.

I bought a grey version in Aus 3 months ago. I have inky used it half a dozen times and I love it, good size, pull out tray easy to clean, completely seals in liquid. Sadly, my hinge broke :(. I didn’t actually notice it happen but looking at the break point it probably didn’t take much - seems like a poorly designed hinge. Felt premature for what was otherwise a good product!

We have used BentGo lunch boxes in our family for several years. They have stood the test of time even with our child in elementary school. They fit a perfect amount of food and are very easy to clean. We found a few cheaper options recently but I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything else. Definitely worth the cost.
