Hi, We purchased Bentgo Box few months ago, connection of outer layer was broken. We called customer support to replace the item since it has two years warranty. We were able to connect to customer support very quickly, no waiting time. Customer support asked us to provide purchase receipt. Unfortunately we don't have receipt, but we provided model number. Customer Support still able to consider out request and agreed to replace it. Thanks for great support Bentgo.

My son comes home everyday saying how much he loves his Bentgo. Unfortunately, he only gets 30 minutes for lunch/recess. He and his friends eat as fast as possible so they can play. His Bentgo allows him to flip the lid and start eating. Nothing to unwrap or open. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this container and the company! My daughter uses it every day for school. We had an accident where the bottom broke off the top. I reached out to the company and they were so kind and understanding! They are sending a replacement! Making purchases of nicer items is difficult these days so knowing I can buy a product and can rely on a company to up hold their promise of backing their products makes it so much easier to spend my money with them! My son has been using Bentgo products for years. He started with Bentgo Kids, to Bentgo Chills, Bentgo Stainless, onto Bentgo Fresh and Bentgo Pop with Bentgo Snacks as an additional companion with those. And now we have added Bentgo Modern to the collection. Just like the other ones mentioned above it’s amazing. It’s leak proof, looks good/sleek and for some reason food looks better with all Bentgo products :) And on top of that, Bentgo has the best costumer service and best warranty out there. Very easy to deal with. You’ll get result without needing to jump through hoops. Thank you Bentgo! Looking forward for more new ‘cool’, innovative and functional products.

I purchased two modern lunchboxes for my grandchildren because our previous purchases were phenomenal. I appreciated the sections that did not spill over. However, this new one does not work as effectively. The salsa and juices from the fruit leak over onto the chips and cookies, respectively, causing them to be soggy. I hope you are able to rectify the issue because I have used your products for a few years and absolutely loved it. Let me know when this issue is resolved. Until then, I will revert to last years product.

This lunch box is super advanced and has 3 compartments I use for eating in my school and it keeps my food organized with a rubber seal on the top and it makes eating in school so much more easier than having to hustle with putting food in individual containers or ziplock bags. I also love how pretty and modern it looks, I definitely recommend to anybody!

I bought the mint green modern Bentgo for my sports travels, and it has been so helpful to me! I have so much fun making my lunch box every day, and the divided sections allows me to make several different types of meals. It's also super easy to clean and dry, and it doesn't hold any tastes or smells.

I was washing my new Bentgo box in the sink and the little plastic piece that attaches the lid broke off. I contacted customer service, they responded immediately, and they replaced the box. So unbelievably happy with this company! The modern box is wonderful~

I bought the bentgo modern as an upgrade for my son when it seemed he needed more to eat for lunch each day. This box easily fits adequate portions. We have had some minor issues with leaking, but other than that this box is great and is a favorite for lunch time.
