Big Time Performance!

I purchased this vacuum. When I open the  Box 2 of the tools were missing. I contacted the company  (ePro) I got an immediate response. They will be sending the missing product. Denise was great.  I wish all companies were as excellent as ePro

Saving my sanity

Excellent

When this product arrived, I was shocked at how large, bulky, and heavy it is. I decided to return it because it was not what I wanted. I knew it would never get used in my house.

Large and heavy

I purchased this little vacuum mainly for the pet hair in my car. We have a Golden Retriever  and he sheds a lot. It does a fair job of getting the dog hair off of the carpet…dog hair tends to cling to that carpet   Without the pet hair, it does a great job. It holds a charge for a good  amount of time. It's a little bit heavy, but I am over 70 years old…younger users would probably not have a problem with the weight. It works great getting dog hair off of my couch.
